Starship Voyage.
This starship was specifically sent by the Martial Arts Series to receive them; the only passengers were Qin Jin and Bai Huaiyu. In the starship’s hall, a freshly brewed cup of tea was placed in front of Qin Jin, who quietly savored it.
Opposite.
Bai Huaiyu sat in her seat, watching the rapidly changing scenery outside through the porthole. After entering the Star Sea, she withdrew her gaze, her face still lingering with a look of introspection.
Seeing this, Qin Jin spoke: "How have you found your ti in my hotown?"

Bai Huaiyu smiled, speaking softly: "The construction never stops, so full of life."
She looked at Qin Jin: "I imagine that each ti you return to your hotown, there will be earth-shaking changes here, and every ti there will be novel places appearing."
The two shared a smile.
After a mont of hesitation, Qin Jin said: "There’s a question I’m sowhat curious about."

Qin Jin pondered for a mont and sincerely said: "Evolution and developnt are goals constantly pursued by civilizations."
"Individual evolution, the developnt of civilization technology, keeps an interstellar civilization always vibrant. She paused slightly, speaking solemnly: "Your point is correct, conventional civilizations are indeed like this. After losing the direction of evolutionary improvent, it often marks the start of their decline."

Her voice was prolonged, standing from her seat, gazing out of the porthole at the Thunder Star, which was becoming distant: "I have read through the preserved records, from a ti long ago, the Crosser Civilization was extrely prosperous, ruling over regions and developing in various aspects, perhaps surpassing your Starfire Federation."
However...
"Peak is the beginning of demise, at that ti the Crosser Civilization already showed signs, our leader, known as the Grand Governor, during that period, made a decision."
"Our Crosser Civilization chose to beco an active part of this Endless Star Sea."
"Part of the Star Sea?"
Qin Jin stood up, a wave crossing through his eyes.
"That’s right."
Bai Huaiyu’s voice lingered: "You can regard it as an ancient pact with the Endless Star Sea. As a result, the Crosser Civilization has endured till now, continuously decaying, but thus has no threat of destruction, secluded in a corner of the Star Sea, becoming what I initially ntioned to you as the Observer Civilization."
"Part of the Endless Star Sea."
Qin Jin softly repeated, a sense of sudden clarity within his heart.
The land from which the other party originated, continues under the na left from long ago, but fundantally can no longer be considered a Star Sea Civilization.
