"What is this? It's so tasty, Dad."
Cai'Er chewed a few tis and imdiately asked excitedly.
"Slow down. From now on, you can have a few every day, okay?"
Yang Yan didn't explain; he just smiled and advised.
Cai'Er, being simple-minded, quickly nodded:
"Okay, thank you, Dad!"
"What are you doing? What did you give Cai'Er to eat?"
Zhou Hanyun suddenly returned and asked with a frown upon seeing the bottle in Cai'Er's hand.
"It's nothing. I gave her sothing that's good for her health."
Yang Yan replied calmly.
"Yeah! What Dad gave is really tasty."
Cai'Er imdiately echoed, then poured out another one and savored it.
"Dad?"
Zhou Hanyun ignored what Cai'Er ate and turned her face, staring intensely at Yang Yan.
"Well, Cai'Er is my daughter now, and I like her a lot, so I recognize her as my daughter."
Yang Yan said sheepishly.
He feared Zhou Hanyun would be unhappy and lash out at him.
Unexpectedly though, Zhou Hanyun didn't say anything, but took one of those things Yang Yan gave Cai'Er and said:
"This thing is so hard, like a stone. Are you sure it's okay for Cai'Er to eat it?"
Zhou Hanyun pinched the item in her hand, feeling it wasn't sothing like fruit but more like a stone.
"Don't worry about it! Rember, Cai'Er isn't like ordinary people. What I'm giving her is exactly what she needs right now without a doubt."
Yang Yan said confidently.
"Yeah, this stuff is so delicious."
Cai'Er, afraid Zhou Hanyun may stop her from eating it, nervously hugged the bottle tightly.
Zhou Hanyun smiled ruefully:
"Alright! Since you say it's fine, then it's fine! Hurry and pack up, the flight's at one in the afternoon."
As she spoke, she returned the stone-like item to Cai'Er.
On the plane, in the first class cabin, Cai'Er acted like a curious baby, looking around.
But she never touched anything, nor spoke.
This is why Yang Yan, who doesn't typically like unruly kids, particularly liked Cai'Er.
There isn't a child who isn't liked.
Yet many dislike children because they incessantly make noise, asking question after question.
Especially when stranger's kids ask, not answering feels rude, yet answering leads to another nonstop query.

If sothing gets broken by these unruly kids, blaming them feels wrong, not blaming feels heartache.

So you're ant to swallow your grievances in silence.
Children like Cai'Er are endearing, so Yang Yan enjoys explaining what things are to her.
Voluntary and passive are entirely different concepts.
Hence, Yang Yan, the new dad, enthusiastically explained everything on the plane to Cai'Er.
Leaving Zhou Hanyun wondering if this was the rough and ready guy she thought she knew.
Because it was first class, once the plane took off, Cai'Er sat quietly by the window, gazing at the scenery outside.
Seeing this, Yang Yan smiled and asked:
"Is Cai'Er afraid?"
"With Dad and Mom here, I'm not scared."
Cai'Er said sweetly.
Yang Yan smiled, and Zhou Hanyun, who was feeling happy, blushed suddenly.
"Oh my! What a lovely little treasure."
An elderly lady nearby remarked, watching Cai'Er.
"Thank you, Granny, you're lovely too!"
Cai'Er promptly replied.
"Oh! Really? Ha ha!"
Cai'Er's words instantly made the elderly lady laugh.
Happy tis are always short-lived.
After deplaning, Zhou Hanyun made a phone call, while Yang Yan held Cai'Er's hand, following behind.
Originally traveling light, with Cai'Er now, they had more luggage.
Yang Yan pulled a suitcase with his left hand and held Cai'Er with his right, carrying a large backpack.
The backpack stuffed with clothes and snacks Zhou Hanyun bought for Cai'Er in Spring City.
"Let's wait here for a bit; soone will pick us up soon."
Zhou Hanyun said, leading Cai'Er to the lounge, finding seats by the window to rest.
After about ten minutes, Zhou Hanyun's phone rang.
The three headed outside the airport, a new Passat waiting.
A well-dressed young man quickly approached, politely asking:
"Excuse , are you Miss Zhou Hanyun and Mr. Yang Yan?"
"Yes! I'm Zhou Hanyun. May I ask who you are?"
Zhou Hanyun asked politely.
"I'm from the Cainan Province Jade Association. My na is Zheng Feng, and I'm responsible for your reception. I believe you received a call, please follow ."
The self-introducing Zheng Feng took Yang Yan's luggage, swiftly placing it in the trunk.
"A rare sight, Miss Zhou and Mr. Yang are such a handso pair and so knowledgeable of the gem industry! This little sister is equally adorable."
As the saying goes, everyone lifts the floral palanquin, especially those in hospitality who embrace it eagerly, starting with complints.
"Mr. Zheng, you're too kind." Zhou Hanyun replied with a smile, "This visit aims to understand the situation of raw jade material supply here."
"Well, Miss Zhou is in the right place. In Huaxia, Cainan Province is the largest supplier of jade and eralds. Myanmar jade mostly travels through these channels, and Yan Yu has gained imnse popularity in recent years!"
Zheng Feng spoke while driving, sounding very professional.
"Yan Yu, huh?"
Zhou Hanyun mumbled and then asked:
"Is Yan Yu also abundant here?"
"Pretty much!" Zheng Feng replied, laughing, "But compared to other places in Myanmar, Yan Yu is more expensive. As for the reasons, I'm not quite clear."
Suddenly, he seed to rember sothing, glanced at Zhou Hanyun through the rearview mirror, and continued:
"By the way, Miss Zhou, the hotel is booked. Since we're running late today, I'll pick you up tomorrow morning to check out the jade raw material supply."
"Plus, there's an underground auction in Yang Guang the night after tomorrow; interested? If so, I can arrange it."
"An underground auction?"
A visible spark of excitent showed in Zhou Hanyun's eyes.
