They are low ranking gods of the chaos faction, who have to take drastic asures to obtain talents. They take advantage of places with little intervention from larger gods, creating these types of organizations that steal talents before the more powerful gods beco interested in them.
What I knew about Covenant of the Forsaken, is that they were almost exterminated five years ago by the combined action of the realms. And not only my alternate self; I myself had also heard of the news.
