I ran quickly through the corridors. It was sothing forbidden, and Elena who always tells and warns to mind my manners because of my family na, would scold for doing it.
But now it was a situation that could potentially be urgent and I’m sure if she heard about it later, she would forgive .
I looked around in case I caught a glimpse of Aurora down the road. It would be nice if I was just overthinking it, but I didn’t see her, so I headed to her residence.
Because she used to hide her identity with a male one, she decided to live outside, but I knew her address.
Once, at a party, she got so drunk that I had to drive her back. We could barely make it with her inconsistent directions, but because of that, I knew where she was staying.

Just as I was distracted thinking about the route to Aurora’s house, I hit sothing.
I knew it was my fault for not paying attention as I turned a corner, but when I saw the other person, I thought it possibly wouldn’t be entirely the case.
"I’m sorry, Miss Cordelia. Well, goodbye."
I didn’t want to waste my ti, so I was diplomatic and apologized to leave quickly, but....

I didn’t want to start an unnecessary argunt, but Cordelia grabbed my arm, preventing from continuing.
"Classes are about to start, where do you plan to go?"

I myself had recomnded her to look at firmly but this was not even close to what I ant, her look was pure hatred.
Honestly, I was starting to find it a bit infuriating not knowing why she hates so much and why, every chance she gets, she seeks to harass or annoy .

Honestly, no matter how hard I try I can’t understand her. more than once, I’ve seriously considered giving up on her, but she’s not a bad person, outside of with Seraphina and I don’t know what to do with her anymore.
Cordelia always gave a lot to think about, but now, the important thing was Aurora.
I continued on my way out of the academy. It was easy to get in and out as long as I had my student ID.
The guard, seeing who I was, didn’t even try to stop . Everything at the academy is supposed to be the sa for everyone, but honestly, most of them, including the instructors, know that they shouldn’t ss with high-ranking nobles if they want to stay safe.
Without paying much attention, I made my way to Aurora’s house. It wasn’t too far from the academy to begin with.

It was an area with several small houses clustered together. Considering how expensive land is in the capital, Aurora, even with this temporary house, was paying a considerable sum of money.
After losing the patronage of the enemies of the kingdom, it was up to to pay, since it was like an unwritten law that the king’s children did not receive any kind of help or patronage during this school ti and were on their own.

But when I got to her room....

There was no ti to hesitate anymore, I was not surprised that she now had horn and tail, but her hair was turning pink and her eyes were oscillating between gold and pink.
Aurora. was , writhing in pain. she seed to be crying and I could tell it wasn’t for a short period of ti.
I had considered it before, but apparently, being half demon, specifically half Krixis, Aurora had to go through, to so extent, the growth spurt of these.
The loss of control of her skills. They were hints, and I thought that at most there was the possibility of her growing a tail and horns, but the situation was totally beyond my expectations, it was not to be.
The problem with hybrids between humans and demons is their different anatomy. That’s why hybrids always have a dominant race and develop a heart or magic core.
I thought Aurora was from the human side. After all, when I first t her, besides her status and skills, there was nothing to indicate that she was a demon.
But now that I was observing her in this state, I saw how her demonic side was erging strongly, wanting to overpower her human side, that shouldn’t happen.
I watched her body through the eyes of lust and saw how her body was trying to create a demonic core... but she already had a human heart.
If that core ever ford, there would be no good outco. Her body would go into imbalance, at best she would be crippled, but death was the most certain thing that would happen.

Well, by this point I thought it would be better if my main self was in my place, but now the important thing was to act fast.
I couldn’t let her continue to suffer like this. I don’t even want to imagine what it would feel like to have the body mutating from the inside, destroying and superimposing itself.
For what I’m about to do my eyes are enough.
A case like Aurora’s, where the awakening of her demonic side influenced her to this point, was rare, and I had not seen any indication before that this would happen or had warned her.
To my knowledge, these processes ended in death or crippling. But there was one case that my alternate self knew of.
