Wulinda Hai quickly ca over, and when Yun Jiao explained the rules, both of them understood right away.

Yun Jiao laughed and said, "When I played this as a kid, losers would stick paper strips to their faces."
Wanyan Zhang raised an eyebrow slightly, "Stick paper strips?"
Wulinda Hai said, "Sounds interesting, co on, let’s give it a try."
He turned his head and instructed Lin Shishi, "Tear so paper strips for us to use."
Yun Jiao gestured for Wanyan Zhang to deal the cards. On the first round, Wanyan Zhang as the dealer won everything, and Yun Jiao took a strip of paper, dabbed it with so water, and stuck it on her chin.
Wulinda Hai also stuck one on.
Wanyan Zhang found the sight of the two amusing and eagerly began to deal the cards again.
Yun Jiao was having bad luck today and kept losing. Before long, her face was covered with a dense ss of paper strips, with only her forehead left bare.
Wulinda Hai didn’t fare much better, with plenty of strips stuck on his face as well.
Wanyan Zhang only had a few on his chin, looking relatively normal.

They didn’t have the ans to knead dough here, so Gu Yuheng just mixed so water with the flour, then poured the batter into the pot to fry.
When he finished frying one, Gu Yuheng first handed it to Lady Wu, the second to Da Ya. These two were the patients, and had to be prioritized.
Yun Jiao thought her dad looked quite handso cooking and smiled as she took out so fried dried fish from the dicine storeroom to share with everyone.
Lady Wu was gnawing on the pancake and eating the fish, and couldn’t help but say, "In the past, with all the delicacies in the Duke Mansion, it didn’t feel like anything special, but now, being able to eat pancakes and dried fish feels like an enormous blessing."
Da Ya nodded vigorously beside her.
