Yun Jiao said with a hint of exasperation, "The last ti you took a bath at ho, it was who bathed you. What are you avoiding?"

After the three children finished bathing, they sat properly at the dining table.

The Duke cleared his throat and was about to speak when Yun Jiao said, "After eating, isn’t it ti to study?"
The three children imdiately drooped, thinking they could get a day off since Yun Jiao was here.
Yun Jiao also stood up, "I have to go back too, practice well and study hard."
The children looked at her unwillingly, and Yun Jiao patted each of their heads in turn, "Go on."
The three children obediently walked out, looking back at her as they went.

Then she added, "Have Lao Jiu and Ah Er co out from the back courtyard." She didn’t want them to run into Miss Han.
Ah Tie promptly went to do so.
Soon, Lao Jiu and Ah Er both ca out from the back courtyard, and Yun Jiao instructed the nanny, "Have the sedan chair enter through the side door."
The eastern wing of the courtyard now housed Ah Tie and his wife, and the main house was unoccupied, having been converted by Yun Jiao into a consultation room.
Yun Jiao stood at the door watching as the sedan chair was brought in, then two maids helped a woman out of it.
The woman was emaciated, panting after a few steps. She walked as if a willow swaying in the wind, and Yun Jiao worried that her slender waist might snap.
