“Congratulations! You’ve beco an Awakened, Wai Tian! We’ll have to train your abilities later!” I congratulated her. “You’re exceptionally talented amongst most people here too, so your abilities are really strong. It’ll take a while for you to get used to them.”
“L-Lady Anna… T-Thank you so much!” The tigress bowed to , putting herself on the floor. “I will never forget your generosity; you have my eternal gratitude and my loyalty! I-I will now follow you to the end of the world, anywhere!”
“E-Eh? Okay, okay, calm down a bit.” I laughed, patting her head. “Just stand up; there is no need to kneel. I didn’t do this just out of goodwill; I did it because we’ll need more fighters around here if we want to truly end those robots’ invasion once and for all.”

“It technically is called Growth Gift Package.” I laughed. “But no, I didn’t gift her these abilities; I used power to awaken them. She always had that talent but just couldn’t find the opportunity to awaken it properly, unfortunately. And now it’ll be the sa for you, Venerable.”
“Did she do the sa with you, Fang Shuan?” Asked the empress to my familiar.
“Oh, well, not really. She used a different ability to raise back as an Undead Monster. I used to be an enemy of her, a monster from inside a dungeon.” Sighed Fang Shuan. “It’s a slightly long story, but after becoming familiar with it, I also awakened my status, abilities, and skills.”
“Interesting.” The empress looked at . “But Anna, you said you didn’t have the resources; how are you doing this? By becoming in debt… for ? We’ve only t for a day. It was as if a small star had been born in front of us. We had to instinctively cover our eyes before the radiance the Venerable exuded. She opened her beak in shock as she raised her arms, which spread out her long feathers, taking the shape of long, majestic wings.
“Ah! T-This power…! It is surging from within ?! Sothing—sothing I never knew I had! W-What is this?! Such a… such an incredible sensation!” She was almost moaning in pleasure.
As the light receded, she cald down, gasping for air. She opened her eyes wide, looking at her own body and admiring herself. And then, releasing a small amount of her Ki, it almost erupted like a shockwave of light that blew us all away.
“Woah…! You got stronger!” I said.
“I-I can’t believe this; I did expect so changes, but this is on another level completely.” She spoke. “I have not healed yet, but my health has improved so much! And the deterioration of my body has almost completely co to a halt! But it also feels like my own base strength, my Cultivation, it has at least progressed by leaps and bounds, almost a whole realm. But that should be impossible; I was already soone who reached the pinnacle of the Realms! However, not only my Immortal Ki, but my Divine Beast Spirit Energy has greatly improved its reserves! And these abilities! Just what are they?! So strong! It is as if their very powers and effects have been imprinted into my soul and body!”
She was completely euphoric, walking everywhere while constantly talking about a million things. She didn’t take too long to suddenly leap off the window and try out her abilities right away, flying into the skies.

“Let try at least one of these abilities!” She laughed.

She spread out her wings, flying outside of the barrier formation she created and firing a thousand white feather projectiles, each one overloaded with refined Immortal Ki and Divine Beast Spirit Energy. They were directed towards the tree, which, upon detecting the dangerous projectiles, ford a blue barrier around it.
BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!
However, the barrier could barely do much; it shattered after a few dozen strikes, and then each feather attacked the giant tree, spreading countless cracks through it with each explosion. It couldn’t resist her enormous strength as the tree quickly collapsed, half of its trunk falling down into the sea behind; the other half exploded, flas spreading everywhere.
Crack, crack…!
CRAAASH!
She already destroyed almost the entire tree I thought was going to take a while to destroy! I guess she did so important work here then!
“Hahaha! Got you, you damned tree! HAHAHA- Ugh!”
However, the mont she laughed out loud, she felt weakened. Most of her energies were depleted, and she couldn’t recover them quickly like she might have used to, making her take so heavy backlash and making her look dizzy and sickly again.
“A-Agh, dammit!”
She quickly flew back here, falling to her knees and then sighing. She sat down cross-legged as we ran to help her.
“Venerable! Are you okay?!” Wai Tian asked her.
“I am fine, just... tired. I’ve done what I could for now, heh. That damned tree is almost destroyed. Anna, Wai Tian, it’ll be one of your missions to complete what I started with it.” She spoke. “For now… Hahah… Let thank you, Anna. I’ve always wanted to do that for so long; even if it was short-lived, I was able to retaliate back against those chanical monsters.”
“Well, I’m glad you’re happy... But please don’t push yourself too hard; you’re still not well.” I said, quickly touching her. I used my Healing Touch Skill on her at full power by imbuing it with Ki.

A portal was opened, which revealed the interior of a colorful and spiritual land within her soul. It was sothing that she apparently couldn’t do until I helped her get better.
“Amazing, it truly works! Just wait here; I’ll be right back~!” She stepped inside and then ca back almost instantly, bringing with herself a huge red and yellow-colored boar with golden tusks and six eyes; it was dead. “I brought dinner! Freshly hunted Divine Martial Beast! Let us quickly enjoy it, dears.”
“Ooooh! Let help you butcher it, master!” Wai Tian said.
“Yeah, I’ll help as well!” I nodded.
Like that, we spent a whole hour butchering the beast and then cooking it into a variety of dishes. Ti seed to go flying, and the sun had already disappeared by the horizon, the moon rising slowly as a beautiful starry night veiled the skies.
