After wrapping up all the trivial chores in the kitchen, Julian Sterling leisurely took a refreshing shower and changed into a neat and polite office outfit. He carefully double-checked his docunts before putting his familiar personal laptop into his briefcase, put on his shoes, and walked out of the house, beginning a brand new workday.

Because there were no notifications on today’s schedule for eting partners or resolving any overly important issues, Julian Sterling headed up to the Caldwell Empire headquarters in a very relaxed mood, not in a hurry at all.

After stepping into the spacious company office, he smiled and greeted secretary Helen Lloyd, exchanging a few daily pleasantries before quickly sitting down at his desk, highly concentrating on his pile of work docunts.

It was also during that brief conversation with Helen Lloyd that Julian Sterling learned Nadine Locke was currently still at the business trip location alongside Ethan Caldwell. Because the previous negotiation trip had originally involved her supportive participation and she had grasped a lot of important information, this ti she was also strictly required to continue going there to assist the CEO with his work.

Generally speaking, the personnel team, the people belonging to the previous business trip delegation, were basically all present, with the sole exception of one person who had committed a severe mistake that affected the progress of the project.

"How was he disciplined?" He had asked Helen Lloyd at that ti. Responding to his concern, the professional secretary pushed up her glasses fras and stated that everything had been strictly handled according to the company’s established rules and principles. That person was penalized by having his entire bonus for this ga project deducted, and at the sa ti, he also received a formal disciplinary warning on his record.

Afterward, it seed Helen Lloyd also astutely realized what Julian Sterling was wondering and feeling troubled about in his heart. Without waiting for him to open his mouth and ask another question, she took the initiative to clearly explain everything: "Temporarily, through a thorough investigation process, we can determine that he is actually just an ordinary employee, absolutely not a spy deliberately planted internally by anyone to cause sabotage."

"Perhaps during a mont of carelessness, soone targeted his weakness and deliberately set him up, pushing him out as a at shield. But no matter how you put it, it just has to be accepted. The law is the law, and the mistake that allowed the leakage incident to occur was largely caused by his own negligence and lack of professionalism. However, I will review and reassess the situation to arrange another opportunity for him to transfer and take charge of a smaller, more compact project. If he works carefully this ti and resolves everything smoothly, it will be considered that the company has provided conditions to make up for the mistake. If things continue to not go well, then the truth will prove that he personally does not have enough professional capacity to survive at Caldwell Empire. When the ti cos to be fired, he will not be able to bla anyone else."

After listening, Julian Sterling rely gave a single nod.

Although in his heart he clearly knew that the employee was fundantally an innocent person, only accidentally dragged into the center of a cruel power struggle in the business world due to bad luck, he also understood a core principle: business is absolutely not about doing charity, and the battlefield of comrce has no place for soft-heartedness or blind pity.

The clear-cut approach to handling public and private matters that Helen Lloyd had just proposed was truly the best and most humane solution possible in this sensitive situation.

But Julian Sterling still could not help but sigh in exclamation, it truly was a case of flies and mosquitoes perishing when bulls fight.

But he did not care too much about it either.

After arriving at Ethan Caldwell’s office, Julian Sterling turned on his computer and began processing his work. Yesterday, he had sent a few illustration sketches over to the art departnt.

However, that was only a fraction among the thousands of proposed samples contributed by all the artists participating in this project. As the main person in charge and the individual responsible for the graphics departnt, Julian Sterling and Seraphina Cole had to collaborate with each other to process and review all of these sketches.

This was essentially just the initial review step for a preliminary assessnt, aid at quickly eliminating hand-drawn sketches or digital designs that were not quite suitable for the overall style of the ga.

Afterward, they needed to organize an urgent internal eting of the entire graphics team to discuss together, analyze the pros and cons, and finalize the most crucial details of each character as well as the background settings. Ultimately, the most perfected design draft still had to be handed over and pass through the rigorous evaluation of the technical team, the programming departnt, and other functional groups before a final joint decision could officially be reached.

This was truly an incredibly arduous and lengthy workflow, requiring absolute patience as it had to be repeated hundreds of tis, adjusting every minuscule line before leading to the final application decision.

Because it was during an extrely tense working period, Julian Sterling proactively set his personal phone to silent mode early on to avoid being disturbed. His current high level of concentration was completely dedicated to the complex technical drawings displayed on the large computer screen.

Julian Sterling told himself and forced himself to focus on processing these graphical issues as swiftly and neatly as possible, because in reality, he still had quite a few important design tasks backlogged over at Lucas Hill’s side that had not been resolved in ti.

However, it was precisely because of his intense concentration to the point of forgetting his surroundings that he was completely oblivious to the fact that his phone screen, which had been lying silently on the desk, suddenly lit up continuously. The light flashed incessantly, silently signaling that a massive barrage of text ssages was being sent in rapid succession.
