"THIS is the second ti, Captain!" Eclipse huffed, then gave Shen Ji Yun a pitying look. "I get it—I'm devastatingly handso, but you should know Master only has eyes for you."

Bai Ze burst out laughing. "Ji Yun, I never took you for the jealous type."

Shen Ji Yun rely cleared his throat and took a seat beside Luo Yan—a transparent attempt to hide his embarrassnt that made Luo Yan chuckle under his breath.

"Besides," Eclipse continued with a dramatic sigh, "Master isn't even my type."

Luo Yan raised an eyebrow. "I'm not your type?"

"No offense, Master," Eclipse said as he plopped down beside him, "but you're too pretty. If I were looking for a partner, I'd want soone who wouldn't outshine and make look like a squid. Only a real man like the Captain can handle that kind of pressure."

"Then I'm a real man too," Bai Ze declared, puffing out his chest with exaggerated pride.

" too," Luo Jin muttered, his eyes flickering toward Su Yuqi.

Su Yuqi caught his glance and bit the inside of her cheek to stop herself from blurting out you're adorable—which would have mortified Luo Jin on the spot.

Shen Ji Yun, anwhile, pointedly stayed silent.

Luo Yan pinched Eclipse's cheek. "Only insecure people worry about being outshone. You're not that shallow, are you, Eclipse?"

Eclipse pouted. "But I am kind of shallow."

Luo Yan almost laughed at that.

"But do we really need to appear tomorrow in person?" Luo Jin asked, changing the topic.

Luo Yan glanced at his brother, imdiately recognizing the worried frown on Luo Jin's face. He didn't even need to ask what he was worried about—he knew exactly what was bothering him.

"Is it because of your avatar and ga na?" Bai Ze asked, grinning. "Well, it is kind of… funny, I guess?"

Sothing sharp suddenly flew through the air, nearly hitting Bai Ze square in the forehead. If he hadn't jerked his head aside at the last second, it would've stabbed him.

"What the hell, Su Yuqi?" Bai Ze snapped, glaring at the dagger now embedded in the wall behind him.

"Don't tease Ah Jin," Su Yuqi said flatly, then turned to Luo Jin, her voice softening. "Don't worry about that stuff. Your avatar's cute, and you're handso. As for your ga na—" She shrugged. "You are a young master, and you are amazing. If we win tomorrow, no one's going to care about your avatar or na. They'll just rember you as part of the champion team."

Luo Jin's tense expression lted into sothing warr. "...Thanks, Yuqi."

Luo Yan was slightly surprised by how smoothly Su Yuqi managed to ease his brother's worries so easily. It seed that the visit of Luo Jin in B City really made the two much closer.

Bai Ze rolled his eyes with an exaggerated sigh. "Do we really need another pair acting like Ji Yun and Xiao Yan? One lovesick duo is more than enough for this team."

Su Yuqi snorted. "Don't project your single-dog bitterness onto the rest of us."

"Okay," Shen Ji Yun cut in before Bai Ze and Su Yuqi could escalate things into an actual PVP match right then and there. "Let's focus on discussing tomorrow's finals first."

When everyone had quieted down, he continued:

"We all know that the the for tomorrow's match is [Battle Royale]. Do you have any opinion about it?"

"A battle royale typically ans fighting until only one remains standing," Luo Yan began. "But since this is a team match, so rules might not apply. And given this is the ga staff we're dealing with, I wouldn't put it past them to add so kind of twist."

"True. It definitely won't be a standard battle royale," Su Yuqi agreed. "We should prepare for the worst-case scenario."

Bai Ze crossed his arms. "Battle royales are unpredictable by nature. The ga staff could add environntal hazards or sudden rule changes at any mont."

Luo Jin nodded. "The lack of intel is the real problem. We won't know the map layout or potential dangers until we're already in the thick of it."

"Then we prioritize adaptability. We could split into two pairs and one scout—close enough to support each other but far enough to avoid being grouped as a single target. Try to conserve resources until the final phase, and be ready for anything," Shen Ji Yun gave a simple strategy. "There are a lot of other ways we could go about this. If you have any other ideas you want to share, feel free to do so."

They kept refining their strategy until the system forced them to log out, the ga's ti limit for a player to remain inside the ga finally cutting their discussion short.

The entire family gathered for dinner, the table laden with more dishes than usual—a celebration of Luo Yan and Luo Jin's victory in the semi-finals.

"So, the finals are tomorrow," Luo Wei Tian said, setting down his chopsticks. "We'll be there—your brother and I—to watch your match in person."

Luo Jin looked up from his bowl. "Aren't you both busy?"

"We can take one day off," Luo Ren said with a shrug. "The company won't collapse just because we're gone for a day."

Luo Wei Tian nodded. "We've missed most of your matches in this tournant. Ah Ren and I... we felt we should at least be there for the finals."

"What ti should we log in to watch tomorrow?" Luo Ren asked.

"You won't need to log in, Brother. Just co to Dragon Do - the system will stream everything live to the stadium screens while we play," Luo Yan answered, smiling at his older brother.

This seed to pique Luo Ren's interest. "How would that work?"

"There'd be so kind of set-up with VR helts, right?" Luo Jin said, looking at Luo Yan for confirmation.

Luo Yan nodded.

"Then we can all leave together tomorrow," their father said, sounding pleased at the idea.
