"So, that bastard really wants to kill ? Humph!" Bai Xifeng cursed out.

"Probably." Baishe nodded.

"Xiaofeng, next ti we encounter that bastard, let’s go and trash him out." Heishe encouraged Bai Xifeng.

"Hmm..." Bai Xifeng also agreed.

Baishe looked at these two people like idiots.

"When are you going to take the elixir?" Baishe asked.

"Oh, yes... I still need to ask you about that. Once I drink the elixir, am I going to feel the extre pain like before?" Bai Xifeng asked.

"Well... It is going to be more intense compared to the last ti." Baishe stated.

"I see... So, I need to prepare the noise-cancelling array." Bai Xifeng said.

"Why do you want to prepare sothing like that?" Baishe did not understand the need for that.

"So that my family can not hear my screams. I don’t want them to hear it. If they hear I am screaming like that, they, especially my father, would be devastated." Bai Xifeng explained. "I will tell my father that I am going to go for a closed-door cultivation."

Baishe just nodded and did not talk anymore.

The next morning, Bai Xifeng, who had not slept at all, went to the kitchen. The chef and the servants who were working in the kitchen were surprised to see her.

"Young Lady, you wake up!" The chef exclaid.

"Hmm... I want to make a surprise for my brother and father. So, I decided to cook breakfast for them." Bai Xifeng said.

"Eh... Young Lady, can you really cook?" The chef asked and was not confident in Bai Xifeng’s skill. He was afraid the general might bla him and he would lose his job.

"Don’t worry. I can handle it." Bai Xifeng said.

The chef wanted to try again to pursue Bai Xifeng so that he would cook for her. He almost dropped his jaw when he watched Bai Xifeng’s skill. At that mont, he finally understood that Bai Xifeng really knew how to cook. She was probably even more skilful than him.

The way she chopped the onion, the way she cleaned the chicken, the way she swung the wok on the fire, it showed her skill.

"Young Lady, you are really good." The chef admired it.

"Just average." Bai Xifeng just smiled.

"You can be a chef one day." The chef nodded.

"I can not be a chef because I am too lazy. I just cook when I feel like it. So, Uncle, you don’t have to worry about losing your job." Bai Xifeng joked.

The chef laughed. "Indeed. If Young Lady take care of the cooking, I will be screwed." The chef laughed.

While they were talking, Bai Xifeng’s hands worked nonstop. Finally, she had cooked breakfast.

"Please help bring the dishes to the dining room." Bai Xifeng asked the servants.

"Yes, Young Lady." The servant nodded and reached for the dishes.

Bai Xifeng and the servants walked to the dining room. Bai Xiang and Bai Tingfeng were already waiting at the dining table. Bai Xiang could not hold back his tears, stood up, rushed over to Bai Xifeng’s side, and hugged her.

"Xixi... You finally wake up." Bai Xiang said.

Bai Xifeng patted her father back. "Of course, I wake up. I still need to se you, brother and my money."

"I think the last one is more important for her." Bai Tingfeng chid in.

"Father, look at brother..." Bai Xifeng pointed at Bai Tingfeng.

Bai Xiang glared sharply at Bai Tingfeng.

"Fine... Fine... I am sorry." Bai Tingfeng gave up teasing her sister and imdiately apologised to her.

"I am cooking breakfast for you. Let’s eat." Bai Xifeng grinned.

Bai Xiang and Bai Tingfeng’s eyes lifted up when they tasted the cooking.

"Little Sis, you are so amazing. How can this simple soup be so delicious?" Bai Tingfeng asked.

"Your sister is a genius." Bai Xifeng raised her chin, feeling smug.

Even though Bai Xiang did not say anything, his quick and swift movent showed that he also liked her cooking.

"Father, brother, I am going to take the elixir to break the seal." Bai Xifeng stated.

"Hmm... Is it going to be like the previous one?" Bai Xiang stopped eating and focused on Bai Xifeng’s face.

"Hmm... It is painful. I might scream and cry. But you don’t need to worry. I will prepare the noise-cancelling array." Bai Xifeng said.

"I understand. You can focus on breaking the seal. We are going to be fine." Bai Xiang nodded.

"Thank you, Father, Brother." Bai Xifeng smiled.

They just finished eating breakfast when Bai Chao ca to report sothing.

"Master, there is an eunuch outside who cos to visit sothing." Bai Chao stated.

"Soone from the palace again?" Bai Xiang clicked his tongue.

"Again?" Bai Xifeng raised her eyebrow.

"Yes, since you fell asleep, the royal family sent soone to inquire whether if you wake up or not." Bai Tingfeng said.

"Co here asking about my matter?" Bai Xifeng narrowed her eyes.

"Let’s go and see what the royal family wants this ti." Bai Tingfeng said.

The three of them got out. The eunuch was surprised when he saw Bai Xifeng, and then he smiled.

"So, Young Lady Bai has finally awakened. What a blessing. Since you have finally woken up, you can accept this present." The eunuch stated.

The eunuch ordered several n to carry in the boxes and place them on the ground.
