Kyle was a practiced adjutant who learned from the best—by force.
He completed the registration as soon as possible and was able to shock the little money grubber who had just learned that he was nad the Guild Leader.

"What?! ?!" Luca almost choked on his grape when he heard about it.
"But why? Shouldn’t it be Xavier?" Asked the flustered chipmunk, who couldn’t understand this developnt.
"It was only right. Since we’re only able to do this with you here."
Luca didn’t expect them to think so highly of that, making him the leader when Xavier was the obvious choice.
"Also, the Guild Leader gets discounts on store purchases." Added Xavier, who was now learning what kinds of carrot to offer this little money-grubber.
"!!!"
"Discounts?"
Ollie nodded and showed his good brother the Guild Store, run by the military.
It was a dedicated place where guild mbers could buy certain military-grade armants, depending on their level.
"Right now, we’re level D and can only purchase these items with the credits we still don’t have." Ollie pointed to a few items as he scrolled all the way down to much more modern technology.
"Eventually, we might even be able to buy our own military-grade battleship, although why an Academy guild would need one is still beyond !" Ollie shrugged but rembered how a few guilds, especially those S-grade ones, had one.
"Actually, for us new guilds, there’s a way to get credits by exchanging Star coins. We can do this provided we don’t go past the allotnt per guild."
It was a loophole that the Military didn’t want to be abused, so each guild could only convert a certain amount of Star coins into credits.
But Ollie was surprised to find Luca’s eyes widening at the prices before him.
These were credits, but to him, credits were another form of money.
Did they have to buy from such an expensive store?!
"Are we not allowed to use our own things? Do we have to buy everything from their store?!" Asked the horrified money-grubber.
"Well, no, we can, in fact, use our own, but most students wouldn’t have such resources and would need the help of the military to acquire useable weapons," Ollie answered casually before realizing what seed to be the problem.
"..."
"Brother, you’re not thinking of just making our own, are you?"
Ollie was stunned.
With his current achievents, he may sound like the best chanic since the inventor of the spiritual joints, but he was aware that his skills were actually questionable.
"But Ollie, these are too much! We can get these ourselves, rember? We just have to do manual labor!"
And manual labor was not beneath the duchy’s heir as he would rather toil the ground than spend his unearned credits!
Too much? Xavier was actually wondering how one thing could be too much when he hadn’t even seen the conversion of Star coins into credits or how many credits could actually be obtained with each mission.
So, how exactly was this little money grubber judging the items?
If anything, Xavier noted how the Empire should keep price inflation to a minimum to avoid sending the little chipmunk to despair.
But really, a big part of it was because he’s seen more designs on the trove, and so were even sold in packs! And if he had to use money to get more money to pay for what would get him money, then isn’t that losing money?
Definitely not.
But for the penny pincher who could get money from selling the air in his space, then this might really sound ridiculous.
And for the most part, Luca wasn’t the only one thinking that way, as D-29 scanned this new store that was added to his data base.
It was clearly a scam for a system that has seen more items than what was listed. And as the first word of their guild’s na, D-29 figured that it was its job to look for the most cost-effective items!
The little system was arguably validated and was attempting to expedite its plans for an earlier deadline.
One must never be a deadweight when in a group and must contribute by at least handing in their share.
If anything, D-29 thought that it was the first one to get such recognition from its host and was glad to be the system working for Luca.
From what it had gleaned from the other seniors, most didn’t even get to converse, especially when they were bound to entities like a goat and a snake.
And so the little system vowed to work harder to best represent the guild that was nad after him, in part.
It just hoped that the guardian, who was supposed to be guarding it, would be able to get its bearings together.
It had been two hours since they heard about the chosen guild na.
But the guardian cha was still on the verge of an emotional breakdown as it was included in a guild by the very thoughtful, albeit suspicious, master.
When the guardian cha first heard of this developnt, it was unsure what it ant. But when the new master asked if they were okay with having a nasake, Sid felt a thump in his biochanical heart.
And even now, there was still a strong "ba-dump!" as Sid rembered what it felt like to be included in a group.
While being the Empire’s Guardian was one thing it was proud of, it also ant a lot of secrecy and sacrifice.
It had been so long since the guardian cha had seen the light, much less got to talk to a few other people save for the people of the House of Solaris.
In fact, the cha was so touched that he even considered that maybe a few modifications wouldn’t be so bad.
And this ti, Sid just thought that maybe his original master was right in marrying their new guild leader!
