Victor, biting a cigarette holder, followed quickly out from behind Arthur, patted Arthur’s shoulder jokingly: “Buddy, always falling into the occupational habit, posing as regular troops? ‘In the na of the law, arrest you,’ isn’t sothing we down-on-our-luck Josephs should say.”
