Her expression twisted while he searched through her mories for the next few minutes before he finally released her. She had already fallen unconscious, and without much thought, he teleported her elsewhere before turning his gaze to the unconscious Sect Master of the Beggar Sect.
After looking through her mories, he finally understood the real connection between her and the Beggar Sect—or more precisely, the sect master. They were both partners in the devils’ grand plan.
