Celestia folded her arms beneath her chest and looked at Selena with a slightly tired expression. "So you really want to go?"

Selena stood before her calmly and nodded. "Yes, Mother. I want to go."

Celestia let out a soft sigh and leaned back slightly in her chair, one leg crossed over the other. "Haah... well, you won’t listen to anyway. You can go. Don’t bother Uncle Alistair too much. Also, take care."

Selena’s eyes lit up faintly. "Thank you, Mother!"

Celestia waved her hand dismissively. "Hah... leaving alone again with all this work... how are you going to handle this kingdom in the future?"

Selena replied calmly, "I will be fine. Also, it will take many years for to sit on the throne." Then she turned slightly. "Anyways, let’s go, Amon."

Amon, who had been standing a few steps behind Selena, watching their conversation silently, spoke up hesitantly. "Senior Selena... actually, I wanted to talk with your mother about sothing. If you don’t mind."

Selena frowned lightly, showing a rare hint of emotion, but then nodded. "Okay. I will wait outside." She turned and left the cabin, leaving Amon alone with Celestia.

Celestia rested her chin lightly on her hand and looked at him. "What did you want to talk about, boy?"

Amon asked politely, "Can I sit here first?"

Celestia nodded slightly. "Sure."

Amon sat comfortably on the chair across from her.

He spoke carefully, "Actually... you said you didn’t sleep the whole night and were trying to find information about the things I told you... did you find anything?"

Celestia remained silent for a while. She stared at Amon for a long ti.

Amon felt uncomfortable under her intense gaze. Her eyes seed to bore into him.

After a long silence, Celestia finally spoke.

With a calm but serious expression, she said, "To be honest, I do not find any reason to tell you any secretive information... but I thought about it a lot. I think it is better to tell you what I ca to know."

Amon understood her words. He was just a commoner—a nobody. There was no reason for her to share such important information with him.

Still, he asked, "... why did you suddenly decide to tell ?"

Celestia sighed softly. "Amon... listen carefully. Unknowingly, you have co into contact with an unknown being. At a mysterious place. You even saw the eyes of a goddess... do you understand what that ans?"

Amon went silent. Then he nodded heavily. "Yes... I know. I might have been dragged into sothing dangerous... sothing unknown."

Celestia nodded. "Right. That’s why I think it’s better to tell you these things. I have a feeling that your future won’t be normal."

Amon gulped.

"So... what was it that you wanted to tell ?" he asked.

Celestia exhaled softly. "You see... I tried finding anything related to that goddess or anything similar to Vetaal."

"I found many things about the goddess, but they were all from the perspective of the current era. The sa things known to us– that she is an evil goddess of death who created vampires, demons, and werewolves. Nothing beyond that. But..."

Amon leaned forward slightly. "But?"

Celestia looked at him steadily. "Do you rember the city you accidentally entered through the teleportation gate inside the palace?"

Amon nodded imdiately. He rembered that city clearly—the shadow-like beings that attacked when the moon was covered, the way they vanished under moonlight, the wyvern, the tower... and the first ti he t Celestia there.

"Yes, I rember it. What about that city?"

Celestia’s expression turned serious. "...That city is not just an old ruin from a few hundred years ago. That city is from the Second Era– the sa era that Vetaal told you about."

Amon’s eyes widened in shock. "What??? How? That city was in too good condition for being that old. It would be thousands of years old then."

Celestia nodded. "Yes, I know you are surprised. But that’s the truth. And the reason it is still in such good condition is because it has been preserved and maintained by my family’s ancestors. To be honest...despite having access to that place, our royal family didn’t discover much of things from it. Even the scriptures and archives we got from there doesn’t tell us about Vetaal or goddess...so they stoped investigating it ..but I did took so interest in it. That’s why I was exploring it that night."

’So there is possibility, that she knows about Solaris the Great. Emperor of that ti. But she’s not telling right now.’

Amon processed her words. "Okay... but what does it have to do with what I told you?"

Celestia replied calmly, "It does. As you see... there was a temple in that city."

Amon nodded again. "Yes. I rember seeing it."

Celestia continued, "Good. That temple was actually dedicated to the Chaos Goddess."

Amon was stunned. "What? Really?"

Celestia nodded. "Yes... and the more strange thing is– the lord of that city was serving the human emperor of that ti. It clearly indicates that the Chaos Goddess was worshipped by humans."

She paused briefly before continuing, "Anyways, I need to visit that place again and search for more information."

Amon nodded slowly. "Hmm... thank you for sharing this with , Your Highness."

He stood up.

"I will get going then."

Celestia observed him quietly for a mont, then spoke in a firm tone, "Amon, be careful. If possible, avoid going to unknown places out of curiosity."

Amon chuckled nervously and nodded. "Yes, Your Highness."

He bowed respectfully and left the cabin.

---

Amon walked through he corridor while thinking about that city.

’Should I have ask her about Solaris? Well...I want to know more about Vetaal. Sa goes for her that’s why she didn’t bother talking about other things’

Amon sighed.

He had no idea what trouble he might find himself into in future.

Just then he rembered sothing he saw in that mysterious city.

He had entered a grand manor. Where he saw a portrait of a man. He had long red hair.

His eyes narrowed while rembering that photo.

’I’m getting more and more curious.’
