As for the original storyline, where Maha Zoldyck intervened to eliminate the Ten Dons, Ron felt that this wasn't because the Underworld mafia had any exceptionally powerful Nen users who needed Maha's help.
Honestly, Ron couldn't find this scenario plausible.
The Underworld mafia wasn't strong enough.

The real reason, Ron thought, was that the location of the Ten Dons was highly concealed, and ordinary Nen users couldn't deal with it—hence, Maha had to take matters into his own hands.
But even though Ron didn't think Gluttony was too powerful, he still proceeded cautiously.
With a thought, a young boy appeared before Ron.
Ron issued an order to Hanma Baki.
"Go to this location."
Then, he handed Hanma Baki a baseball bat.
The bat had Killer Queen's Nen ability attached to it.
"If possible, lead him to a place with surveillance."
Ron then turned to Chii.
"Chii, infiltrate the city's surveillance system."
Hanma Baki opened the window and jumped from the 200th floor.
For Hanma Baki, this was no problem. Even the forr death row inmate who couldn't use Nen had done this, so there was no reason Hanma Baki couldn't do the sa.
After Ron's Nen abilities increased, Hanma Baki's strength correspondingly grew as well.
Chii infiltrated a large number of surveillance systems.
At the sa ti, she transmitted several feeds to Ron's laptop, where he could see Hanma Baki's figure.
Soon, Baki arrived near Kyler's location.

Kyler stood behind a window, looking outside, his expression darkening as if he was recalling sothing unpleasant.

A figure appeared in the alley, gazing up at Kyler behind the window.
Kyler noticed the gaze and looked over, his heart lifted when he saw the figure.
"Lord Gluttony."
But Gluttony didn't acknowledge Kyler. Instead, he looked toward Hanma Baki's position, narrowing his eyes.
"A Nen Beast?"
"A Specialist?"
"Where are they hidden?"
"Did they co for ?"
Gluttony grinned as he looked at Hanma Baki.
"You've co at just the right ti!"
"I'm still hungry!"
"Hopefully, eating you will satisfy a little!"
Without warning, Gluttony dashed forward.
*Bang!*
It sounded as though the air had split.
With a burst of speed, Gluttony's figure instantly vanished. When he reappeared, he was already closing in on Hanma Baki, a powerful aura radiating from him.
Kyler was stunned.
"What's going on?"
Only then did Kyler notice Baki's presence.
A young boy with short brown hair stood calmly. Even though Gluttony was closing in, he maintained a relaxed expression. His build didn't seem imposing, but there was a trendous sense of power emanating from him.
A baseball bat hung from his waist.
"A Nen Beast?"
"Whose Nen Beast is this?"
Kyler instinctively thought of Ron.
Ron is also a Specialist Nen user, a fact that Kyler knows.
However, Kyler has seen Ron's Nen Beast.
It was a pink Nen Beast, humanoid in shape, yet not quite human, with a bizarre appearance.
It was completely different from the one Gluttony was now eyeing.
"With Ron's abilities, it would be impossible for him to have a second Nen Beast this quickly, even if he is a genius."
"Besides, how could Ron's Nen Beast possibly attract this much attention from Lord Gluttony?"
"This must be sothing that Gluttony personally provoked and brought on."
As Gluttony charged toward Baki, he suddenly opened his mouth.
A gleam of cold light reflected off Gluttony's sharp teeth.
It was clear that Gluttony's teeth were nothing like those of a normal human.
They resembled the teeth of a shark.
Extrely sharp.
"Even if it's a Nen Beast, I'll tear it to pieces with my bite!"
But just as Gluttony's pressure was about to land on Hanma Baki—
"Whip Strike!"
Baki's body changed.
He beca as fluid as water.
*Crack!*
His arm lashed out like a whip, striking Gluttony's body.
A loud sound rang out.
Gluttony's pupils contracted.
The imnse force was so great that Gluttony couldn't maintain his balance. The spot where the attack landed imdiately caved in, and his muscles were crushed under the pressure.
*Crack!*
Gluttony heard the crisp sound of bone breaking.
Before Gluttony could react, Baki's next strike ca.
*Boom!*
A powerful punch hit Gluttony's chin.
Gluttony's body was sent flying up into the air.
Baki followed it up and jumped.
And with a swift decisive kick—
*Bang!*
Gluttony's body was sent crashing into the wall.
The wall collapsed, burying Gluttony under the rubble.
Kyler's eyes widened in shock, and his face turned pale.
"What's going on?"
"Did Master Gluttony lose?"
"That's impossible!"
"What's up with this Nen Beast?"
"How is it so strong?"
"That's Master Gluttony!"
Kyler's mind raced.
"No, this isn't good. The enemy that Gluttony provoked is too strong. I must leave now, or Gluttony's situation might drag into danger as well!."
Kyler tried to flee.
At the sa ti, Gluttony himself couldn't believe what had just happened.
He knew his strength.
He was a candidate for the Shadow Beasts, one of the elite mbers of the Underworld Mafia.
The Underworld Mafia was incredibly powerful.
Within the Underworld Mafia, there existed an elite squad under the direct command of the Ten Dons, a force that instilled fear in countless people.
Except for the Ten Dons, Gluttony didn't have to listen to anyone else's orders.
His position was even higher than many small mafia family leaders.
It was easy to imagine how strong the Shadow Beasts were.
And Gluttony himself was one of the candidates for the Shadow Beasts.
If any Shadow Beast were to be eliminated, he would compete with the other candidates for the position.

Even many Floor Masters of Heaven's Arena weren't his match.
So where did this suddenly appearing Nen Beast co from, and how could it be so powerful?
