But due to its montum, the bat continued speeding toward him without slowing.
Shusuke Ito raised an eyebrow, a smirk forming on his lips.
"Is that all?"
"Is this the extent of this Nen Beast's control?"
He sneered, eager to witness the imminent blunder.
In his eyes, Ron was still an amateur, despite the comndable performance of Ryūnosuke Akutagawa and Hanma Baki. Shusuke attributed their effectiveness to his own injuries.
To him, Killer Queen was no more than a functional Nen Beast.
Ron, he assud, had been pushed into a desperate situation. The mistake with Killer Queen's bat seed only logical.
Ron, in Shusuke's estimation, had poured all his effort into offence, leveraging the Rotten Life Blade Blade to drain his aura. Consequently, his defences were bound to have flaws.
"He's just a kid," Shusuke thought. "A boy barely over ten. There's no way he can cover all angles."
But the next mont, Shusuke's smug expression froze.
*Snap!*
Just as Killer Queen's baseball bat was about to strike Ron, Hanma Baki clapped his hands together, activating his ability.
In an instant, Ron and Shusuke Ito switched places.
Shusuke's pupils contracted.
"What the—?"
His mind raced back to when Ron and Dominica had swapped positions earlier.
"Could this ability belong to that brat?"
"Not Dominica's?"
Shusuke hadn't paid much attention to it before. His focus had been on analyzing the battlefield. The earlier fight between Crawford and Dominica had seed advantageous to him, which had made him overlook smaller details.
Moreover, he hadn't noticed Hanma Baki's subtle movents during that initial swap.
Back then, he'd assud the ability was Dominica's—or perhaps Wendy's.
But now, realizing it was Ron's, a chill ran through him.
"This kid has already shown so much. Could he really have more tricks up his sleeve?"
Shusuke had dismissed the notion as impossible.
His injuries from the dishevelled man's earlier outburst had diverted much of his focus. Killer Queen's lacklustre performance further reinforced his belief that it was a utility Nen Beast with limited battle capability.
But now, everything seed orchestrated.
"You planned this?"
"You attacked fiercely at the start just to set the tone?"
"You used that artefact to prevent from drawing out the fight?"
"You lured closer to your body on purpose?"
"This… was all a trap from the beginning?"
Shusuke felt a creeping unease as he recognized the depth of Ron's strategy.
"A re C-rank Nen user, barely in his teens, managed to achieve this?"
"This… this doesn't make sense!"

Shusuke's instincts scread at him.
"The bat's attack won't be simple. I have to dodge!"
Yet, ahead was Killer Queen's baseball bat, and behind him was Ryūnosuke Akutagawa's Cage of Karma.
Even though his Invisible Hand could contend with Ryūnosuke's ability and perhaps even suppress it, the timing was against him.
Ron had left Shusuke with no ti to react.
*Bang!*
Killer Queen's baseball bat struck Shusuke Ito.
He raised both arms to block.
"First Bomb!"
The mont the bat connected with his arms, the First Bomb's explosive power detonated.
Shusuke Ito imdiately sensed sothing was wrong, but there was nothing he could do.
In the next instant, his arms exploded.
An invisible explosion sent a massive shockwave outward.
Shusuke felt the full force of the impact hit his already-injured chest, causing even further damage.
*Crack!*
The sound of breaking ribs echoed.
Shusuke's back slamd into Ryūnosuke Akutagawa's Cage of Karma.
Even though he used his Invisible Hand at the last mont to cushion the impact, the sharpness of the Cage of Karma still inflicted significant damage.
Deep gashes appeared across his body, and blood poured from the wounds.
Ron lifted the Rotten Life Blade Blade, and a spectral glow descended onto Shusuke.
Imdiately, more insect eggs appeared on his body, rapidly consuming his aura.
At the sa ti, Hanma Baki charged forward.
A relentless barrage of attacks followed, leaving Shusuke with no lower arms.
Blood stained his clothes, and his condition worsened further.
He was now barely able to hold off the onslaught using only the Invisible Hand.
The explosion from Killer Queen had dealt significant damage.
Ryūnosuke Akutagawa's attacks followed seamlessly, while Hanma Baki's assault left him reeling.
Killer Queen vanished.

"This kid has two major abilities I need to watch out for."
"The first is the position-swapping ability."
"The second is that explosion—it's no ordinary blast."
He glanced at his severed arms.
"That position-swapping ability might be linked to the red Nen Beast, and it likely has a usage limit."
"That's why the kid went through so much effort to set up this trap."
"He only had one chance to use it."
"And the explosion? It's probably tied to those baseball bats."
"There were three bats in total. One's been used, which ans two remain."
Ron's actions misled Shusuke, causing him to form incorrect assumptions.
This was the advantage of Beast Nen users—their abilities were diverse and difficult to analyze in a short amount of ti.
Even Dominica and Wendy, observing from the outside, couldn't fully understand Ron's abilities or how they related to his Nen Beasts.

Ryūnosuke Akutagawa and Hanma Baki relentlessly attacked Shusuke Ito.
From a distance, Ron hurled debris from the broken platform as projectiles.
Shusuke's eyes flickered with uncertainty.
"The attacks from these two Nen Beasts are getting fiercer, which confirms my suspicions."
"Ron absolutely doesn't want getting close to him."
"That position-swapping ability must no longer be usable."
"But Ron still has one baseball bat left."
Shusuke made his decision.
"I need to break free from these two Nen Beasts, get close to Ron, and avoid that bat. Then I can kill him."
He acted decisively.
"Invisible Hand!"
Using the Invisible Hand, he forcefully suppressed Ryūnosuke Akutagawa.
However, this left him vulnerable elsewhere.
"Roach Sprint!"
Hanma Baki slamd into Shusuke, sending him staggering.
Shusuke felt his internal organs shift from the impact, but he gritted his teeth and steadied himself.
