"Wendy, it's ."

"Ron?"

Wendy's voice brimd with delight. "Ron, where are you—have you co to Fiora Kingdom?"

"No, I'm still at Heaven's Arena."

"Oh… you're not here."

A flicker of disappointnt crossed her face. "Ron, when will you have ti to visit Fiora? I'm bored here—nothing but training every single day."

At the mont Wendy had just finished practice. She sat alone on a high ledge, legs dangling, twin tails of blue hair swaying in the wind.

Now an A‑rank Nen user, the Dragon Dojo's "Child of the Dragon," she had begun studying Nen even earlier than Ron, so reaching this level at her age was perfectly normal. After all, Wendy was one of the three most gifted youths in all of Fiora Kingdom—a domain far larger than teor City. Even Dominica hadn't been a Child of the Dragon; Wendy's potential would only surpass his.

Because she'd been chosen, Wendy's life differed completely from the rest of the royal family: relentless training day after day, year after year.

Her power grew quickly, but tedium followed close behind. Unlike the heirs of the other two dojos, Wendy's early life had been harsh—downright miserable.

So after each gruelling session, she missed the adventure she'd shared with Ron and Dominica during the Taris Kingdom mission—it had been one of her happiest tis. And since Ron left Fiola, they had kept in touch; the more Wendy heard of his stories, the more she envied him.

"If I get a chance, I'll co to Fiora," Ron said. "But I'm calling to ask a favor."

"What kind of favor?"

"I'm planning to launch a manga platform. I need a place where the servers can be set up safely, with solid local network support—and global recognition. Of everyone I know, only you might have those connections."

The first requirents were easy—many countries could host servers—but worldwide acceptance was not. Even if Kakin launched the platform, many nations would boycott it. Only the V5 could manage universal approval.

"A manga platform?" Wendy blinked. "Why suddenly dabble in that? You're a powerful Nen user—if you need money there are faster ways. Why business? Why manga?"

"It's just sothing I'm interested in," Ron said. "I'm not concerned about profits; I just want more people to know the platform and read the comics. And more importantly—Wendy, you're A‑rank now, right?"

Wendy nodded. "Yes."

"Have the elders at the Dragon Dojo said anything?"

"No. My family's elders told that now I've reached A‑rank, I don't need to push so hard to grow stronger. I should slow down and experience life a bit."

"That's one of my reasons," Ron replied.

He had hesitated about sharing this, but after thinking it through he decided not to hide anything. On the Human Continent it didn't matter, but for the Dark Continent he believed cooperation with Wendy was likely—and honesty could only help. Besides, every V5 nation, including Fiora Kingdom, had S‑rank Nen users.

"Experience life…" Wendy muttered, falling into thought. A mont later she ca back to herself. "Ron, thank you."

"No need for thanks between us. You'd have heard eventually. As for the manga platform, I'll let you investigate first."

"Alright."

After hanging up, Wendy got busy. Her standing in Fiora Kingdom was already high; once she hit A‑rank, her status in the Dragon Dojo was second only to the dojo master's.

The Dragon, Beast, and Star Dojos ranked just beneath the king himself—even princes couldn't order them around.

---

"Manga platform?" Dominica repeated when Wendy found him.

"Yes, Uncle Dominica. Ron wants to build one with the backing of a V5 country and asked for my help."

"If Ron needs it…" Dominica considered. "It's not hard. There are plenty of manga sites in Fiola; we can just acquire one and place it under the Dragon Dojo."

"Better yet, put it directly under your na," he added after a pause. Once Dominica looked at Wendy, he realized she'd grown strong enough to stand on her own.

"I'll bring in a tech specialist to talk with you—how's that?"

Wendy nodded. "Thank you, Uncle Dominica."

Dominica moved quickly. In a few days the acquisition was done—everything ready‑made, requiring little more than a rebrand, perhaps not even that.

He introduced a middle‑aged man to Wendy. "Wendy, this is Harold."

"Honored to et you, Lady Wendy."

Though older than her, Harold bowed low—he knew her status.

"Harold, I'll be counting on you." Wendy handed him a prepared laptop and at the sa ti dialed Ron's number.
