A bounty of five million Jenny had been issued.

Ron wasn't particularly concerned about the bounty. After all, he had previously defeated Jessirong, a target with a bounty of five hundred million Jenny.

Five million was only one percent of five hundred million.

He could imagine the type of rookie Hunters who'd be enticed by such a small reward.

Three hours later, the pursuing cars had vanished.

Guan Tansen had successfully lost them.

They pulled into a small town to refuel and resupply before continuing on.

Two days later, they arrived in the city.

Guan Tansen stopped in a quiet, modest area of town.

"Ron, we're here," he said.

Ron nodded. "Thank you."

"No problem," Guan Tansen replied with a grin. "That was fun. Those kids chasing us two days ago—they were after . Sorry if it caused you two any trouble. So, let's settle this—just give eighty percent of the commission."

"Alright," Ron agreed without hesitation.

There was no need to insist on paying the full amount. Since Guan Tansen had offered, it was clearly his preference.

Besides, the chase had definitely made the trip less comfortable for Ron and Lena.

While Guan Tansen was an excellent driver, the high-speed maneuvers had made the ride rather rough for his passengers.

Ron took out the cash and handed it over.

Guan Tansen counted it, gave a satisfied nod, and smiled.

"Perfect, that's the amount."

Ron and Lena exited the car.

Guan Tansen leaned out the window.

"Ron, keep my contact info. If you ever need another job done like this, just call —I'm reliable!" He thumped his chest confidently.

"Alright, I'll recomnd you for future work," Ron replied with a small smile. He found Guan Tansen to be a fascinating character.

Throughout the journey, Guan Tansen had stayed professional—delivering Ron and Lena without any ulterior motives or taking advantage of Ron's young age. He treated Ron as an equal.

It was rare to et people who didn't underestimate him due to his youth. Even the butlers of the Zoldyck family, while respectful, sotis underestimated him, despite their awareness of his skill.

As the car drove off, a ntal image of a character from films in Ron's past life floated into his mind. Guan Tansen's rugged look and thinning hair resembled those characters—though his personality didn't quite match.

"Lena, let's go."

"Yes."

The address Zeno had given them for the Exorcist was near a park. Although not directly inside it, the location was just a few kiloters away. Walking at a normal pace, Ron and Lena would reach it in about ten minutes.

Ron was no ordinary person.

And now, neither was Lena.

Though the city was bustling, this area was relatively quiet. Only a few dozen people were around, most glancing their way briefly before returning to their own business.

A few young n nearby tried to catch the attention of passing won with flirtatious whistles, only to be ignored, the won unimpressed.

Ron noted how even identical actions could lead to vastly different results depending on appearances.

Soon, they reached the park Zeno had ntioned.

The place wasn't deserted, but it wasn't crowded either. People ca and went freely; there was no guard at the entrance.

Ron led Lena inside.

The mont he stepped in, he felt a sharp gaze fixed on him.

It was likely the Exorcist Zeno had recomnded.

"Senior."

Ron moved toward the source of the gaze.

An older man stepped out to et them.

He was stocky—not overweight, but muscular. Despite his simple work clothes, his toned muscles and commanding presence suggested a lifeti of rigorous training.

Ron observed that this man's presence was even stronger than many fighters he'd encountered in the Sky Arena.

"Even stronger than so floor masters?," he thought, taking in the old man's short, silver-white hair and sharp, piercing eyes.

The old man's aura blended seamlessly with his surroundings, marking him as a seasoned Nen user. If not for his intense, direct gaze, Ron might not have noticed him at all.

"Senior," Ron greeted him respectfully.

The old man examined Ron briefly before asking, "Were you sent by Zeno?"

"Yes."

"Follow ."

The old man turned, leading Ron and Lena deeper into the park. They moved through increasingly secluded areas, eventually arriving at a quiet grove where he finally stopped.

In the clearing stood two small wooden cabins, and nearby, a young man was practicing on a sandy patch.

Hearing footsteps, the young man looked up.

"Teacher."

When he noticed Ron and Lena, he froze, visibly taken aback.

"Teacher, who are they?"

"They're guests. Keep training," the old man replied with a calm glance.

"Yes, Teacher."

The old man led Ron and Lena into one of the cabins and closed the door.

"Sit down," he instructed.

With no chairs in sight, they sat cross-legged on the floor. Ron, used to such settings, didn't mind.

"What's the situation?" the old man asked.

Ron gestured for Lena to remove her cloak.

She hesitated for a mont, then let it fall, revealing her appearance.

The old man's eyes widened slightly as he took in her form.

"Who placed this Nen on her?"

"Her father, Kyler," Ron replied.

The old man fell silent, thinking it over.

After a brief pause, he spoke. "I've seen this kind of condition before. The Nen isn't especially powerful, but it's challenging to remove. Exorcising it will take more effort than it did to cast it."

He paused, calculating.

"I'll need ten days."

"Have you prepared the paynt?"

Ron nodded, handing him an unmarked bank card.

The old man took it, and thus began Lena's journey to exorcism.
