The speed at which blood erged from the hundred and eight Blood Springs on the ground was accelerating.
Upon learning where this small world was, Ye Chenfeng adjusted his emotions. As a master of Formations, he felt that the arrangent of the hundred and eight Blood Springs was sowhat special, as if they ford a Formation.

Ye Chenfeng then walked to the central Blood Spring. Without further prompts from Old Bai and Old Hei, the Spiritual Qi River within his ridians began to circulate instantly. From the Blood Spring beside him, a blood-red beam of light projected onto his body.
This blood-red light posed no harm, yet upon its contact with Ye Chenfeng, it intensified the blood scent entering his nose by tens, perhaps hundreds, of tis, causing his stomach to churn.
As the red light emanated from the Blood Spring beside him, the surrounding Blood Springs consecutively emitted beams of blood-red light, eventually concentrating entirely on Ye Chenfeng, causing him to gag from both the overwhelming blood scent and a rancid odor entering his nostrils.
The blood scent and pungent odors reached an apex so intense that it was as though one beca part of it.
Shortly after all blood-red beams focused on Ye Chenfeng’s body.
"Boom!" resounded loudly.
The blood-red beams suddenly departed from Ye Chenfeng’s body, converging towards the slanted upper front space, whereupon they exploded outright.
Following the dispersion of the blood-red beams, a blood-red curtain materialized before Ye Chenfeng, showcasing another scene within.
The scene within the blood-red curtain was exceedingly dark and depicts another area likely within the ancestral land of the Bloodswallow Clan.
The scene revealed nurous hideous beings resembling but differing from human form. Their faces were sharp and simian; their heights ranged only from about 1.5 to 1.6 ters. Their bodies were entirely blood-red, giving an illusion of transparency as one could see the blood coursing within them.
The scene displayed around fifty of these blood-red creatures, standing in blood reaching their knees in what seed to be a wholly sealed space.
These creatures are likely the ancient Bloodswallow Clan.
Old Bai Wu Fengxian voiced, "Kiddo, it appears that indeed there still are the clan mbers of the Bloodswallow Clan within their ancestral land. When they disappeared along with the ancestral land, they must have sealed themselves, akin to entering a deep slumber."
"What we now see is a completely sealed space, its height seems exceptionally tall. When the Bloodswallow Clan sealed themselves, the space was presumably filled entirely with blood reaching its top; the slumbering clan needed minimal blood, allowing them to persist until now."
Old Hei Jiang Yuntian added, "It seems there are drawbacks to the Bloodswallow Clan’s self-sealing thod, for they’ve sealed themselves for ages while maintaining their bodily functions against aging. Such an exceptional sealing thod is rare indeed. Moreover, with their painstaking effort to disguise their ancestral land as a Divine Emperor’s tomb, they probably can’t awaken themselves; others must unlock their seal."
Old Bai Wu Fengxian continued, "Indeed, many things make sense now. They disguised it as a Divine Emperor’s tomb and arranged nurous chanisms to guide those entering to aid in unsealing them."
"The location with the hundred and eight Blood Springs has an entrance concealed by a Formation, even masters of Formations would struggle against it. You, being a master, along with us two, managed to break the entrance’s Formation successfully."
"Moreover, the Formation concealed within the hundred and eight Blood Springs is extraordinarily difficult to notice. Generally, people pay attention to the Springs, not their arrangent. Even if they saw the odd arrangent, discerning it would be trendously difficult."
"The Bloodswallow Clan’s decision not to make the site more secretive likely reflects their absolute confidence in their setup."
Ye Chenfeng, observing Bloodswallow Clan mbers within the image and listening to Old Bai and Old Hei’s explanations, furrowed his brows tightly. Just then, "Bang!" the scene in mid-air shattered, the ancient Bloodswallow Clan image vanished completely.
The Formation assembled by the hundred and eight Blood Springs that showed the sealed space must not have been intentionally arranged by the Bloodswallow Clan but rather established before their decline; they likely didn’t have the chance to dismantle the Formation here, or dismantling it might affect the Springs.
Old Bai Wu Fengxian somberly said, "Kiddo, if our conjectures hold, you must hasten your actions. You’re not the only one in the Bloodswallow Clan’s ancestral land; others likely are already aiding in unsealing. You must leave at once. If the Bloodswallow Clan fully awakens, you’ll be in trouble."
