Standing on either side of Ye Chenfeng, Bai Xiaorou and Tan Yuanwu both had grave expressions. Tan Yuanwu, too, knew of the Brain-Eating Ghost Insects. With such a massive number, he knew Ye Chenfeng was making futile defenses, as these insects would eventually break through, likely leading to the three of them having their brains devoured and dying.

Countless Brain-Eating Ghost Insects sward towards Ye Chenfeng.
In just an instant, Ye Chenfeng was completely covered by the insects, which took Bai Xiaorou and Tan Yuanwu by surprise.
