When the 300 million bid was called out, the scene fell into temporary silence.

Nearly everyone nodded along, aware that the Sun Family had long since reserved this plot of land. Those bidding were rely hoping that if the Sun Family changed their minds, they could take advantage.
At this mont, from Room 004, a voice said, "My Sun Family bids 800 million."
Everyone gasped in surprise; it was true to the Sun Family's style to start with an 800 million bid straight away!
