At the County Finance Bureau, Xie Shan went directly to Xu Huwen.
"I need to talk to you about sothing. Let’s go sowhere else to talk."

At this mont, Xu Huwen finally caught on.

As he spoke, Xie Shan lunged at her, pinning her down beneath him.

"I’m going to fuck you right now. If you dare tell Huang Ming, I’ll spill the beans about you and Zhou Jiajun. Worst case, we all go down together!"

Xu Huwen was montarily speechless, closing her eyes and resigning herself to Xie Shan’s actions.
anwhile, Chen Bin and Cheng Zhuang arrived at the back of Qingshi Mountain.
From a distance, they could see several large trucks hauling sothing away.
Because the trucks were covered, they couldn’t tell what it was.
However, the black dust spilling from the truck beds clearly indicated coal.
Following the tire tracks uphill, they soon found several large holes carved into the mountain’s base.
Large trucks entered intermittently, making the scene appear bustling.
Just as Chen Bin moved closer, several workers, wielding iron rods, stopped him.
"Who are you? What do you want?"
Before Chen Bin could reply, Cheng Zhuang instantly snorted back.
"We’re the county secretary’s driver and secretary. Who the hell are you?"
Upon learning of their identities, the workers imdiately changed their attitudes.
The burly leader even offered them cigarettes.
"I didn’t know you two were here. What brings you?"
Chen Bin declined the cigarettes and asked directly, "Where is Xie Shan?"

When Chen Bin tried to move further inside, the foreman stopped him again.

This imdiately angered the workers.
They gripped their shovels tightly, glaring nacingly.
But Cheng Zhuang was unfazed, smirking disdainfully.
"Do you even know who I am? Besides being Secretary Wang’s driver, I’m also his bodyguard. Think a bunch of nobodies can take down?"

The workers hesitated, their confidence waning.
To them, the county secretary was an influential figure.
If this man was his bodyguard, his skills couldn’t be bad. They were simply laborers—risking their lives wasn’t worth it.
At this point, Cheng Zhuang shoved the foreman aside, shouting dismissively.
"Move, you damn dog!"
He then led Chen Bin deeper into the coal mine.

As they neared the car, they noticed it rocking rhythmically.
Peering through the passenger-side window, Chen Bin was shocked to see Xie Shan on top of Huang Ming’s wife, Xu Huwen!
Startled, he hurriedly pulled Cheng Zhuang away.

When Chen Bin arrived at Qingshi Restaurant by cab, the staff imdiately recognized him.
They led him to the private room where Huang Ming was waiting.

During the al, Huang Ming explained why he invited Chen Bin.

"Alright, keep watching them. I’m heading over now."
After putting away his phone, Chen Bin looked at Huang Ming with a grave expression.
"Godfather, I’m afraid I can’t be with Chu Jing..."
