"So it's Secretary Chen. Hello, leader, hello!"
Quan Luochi quickly extended both hands to shake hands with Chen Bin.
He then said, "If you two are not busy, why don't we go for tea together?"
"Let's skip the tea, maybe so other day."
Chen Bin didn't dislike Quan Luochi, but he really didn't want to go for tea.
Gu Huifeng imdiately chid in, "Yes, maybe another ti."
Seeing neither wanted to go, Quan Luochi could only nod.
