Hua Shuzhen quickly turned her head to look and found it was Ji Huiyue.
"Huiyue, what... what's going on here?"
The latter sneered, her playful expression even more pronounced.
"Just had fun with your nephew and now you don't rember? Should I wake up Huo Kun and let you have another go?"
Hua Shuzhen just realized what happened and imdiately questioned aloud.
"Tell , is this all your doing?!"
"Whether I'm behind this or not isn't important, what's important is how you plan to resolve this. If Secretary Bao finds out that his wife and nephew got involved…"
Before Ji Huiyue could finish, Hua Shuzhen directly interrupted.
"What… what exactly do you want?!"
"Wake up Huo Kun and I'll tell you."
With no other choice, Hua Shuzhen sighed.
She was about to get dressed but found nothing around her.
Thinking silently to herself, she knew that Ji Huiyue had hidden them.
With no other option, she wrapped her body tightly with the quilt and then woke up Huo Kun.
Huo Kun opened his eyes slowly after waking up.
Seeing the woman in front, he was instantly dumbfounded.
"Auntie, why are you here?"
Before Hua Shuzhen could reply, Ji Huiyue's voice ca from the side.
"Fucking your aunt must feel great, right?"
Huo Kun felt his heart tighten and quickly sat up.
Seeing Ji Huiyue, he suddenly felt extrely guilty.
"Huiyue, let explain…"
"Shut up!"
Ji Huiyue stood up, glaring angrily at Huo Kun.

After letting Huo Kun sit on the sofa, Gan Qiu directly asked.
"You've co this ti, surely not just for a chat, right?"
"Yesterday I was at my uncle's place, and heard so stuff about Mayor Gan. After thinking it over, I felt it necessary to tell you. After all, my coming to Tianhe to work was arranged by you."
This piqued Gan Qiu's curiosity, "What is it?"
"The reason for your early retirent not being approved by the province is actually because of my uncle."

"Mayor Gan, actually it's who should thank you. If it weren't for you, I wouldn't even know where I'd be working."
Nodding, Gan Qiu decided to test Huo Kun.
"My health's not great, I do want to retire early. Little Huo, can you help ? If you can, I'll make sure you're rewarded handsoly!"
After speaking, Gan Qiu went upstairs.
Coming down, he had a small briefcase in his hands.
He placed it on the coffee table, opened it, revealing it full of gold.
Seeing this, Huo Kun's eyes widened, surprise all over his face.
Gan Qiu continued, "As long as you can help , all this gold is yours."
Despite wanting it greatly, Ji Huiyue's command overwheld him, forcing him to sigh.
"I really want this money, but honestly, I can't help you. Maybe you should talk to my aunt, my uncle listens to her a lot."
It was then that Gan Qiu realized Huo Kun was telling the truth.
Bao Kanglu and his wife really intended to extort him!
