Ye Tianfan didn't wait for the Sword Qi to reach Brother Yun Tian before slashing again, a total of nine tis. Then, he tossed the Carefree Sword into the air and perford another incantation, utilizing the secret technique Master Tian Chu had taught him the previous day from the Great Fire Peak. "You're awake, that's good." A voice ca from the door as soone walked in. Ye Tianfan looked up to see it was his senior brother, You Tianjiao.
"Senior Brother," Zhang Xiaofan called out.
You Tianjiao nodded upon hearing Ye Tianfan's call, then walked to Ye Tianfan's side, sat down, and touched Ye Tianfan's head gently, saying, "Seems like the fever's gone, little junior brother. You scared Master when you depleted your Spiritual Qi completely; he kept regretting teaching you that move."
Ye Tianfan smiled wordlessly, then asked You Tianjiao, "Senior Brother, what was the result?"
Even though Ye Tianfan could guess the outco, he felt uneasy without soone explicitly telling him. What if the result wasn't as he expected? Although unlikely, there was always a sliver of hope.
