"? You don't know who I am?" i Chaofeng asked Ye Tianfan, suppressing his anger.

Ye Tianfan expressed that he doesn't recognize any random nobody: "Who do you think you are, why should I know you?"

Upon hearing this, i Chaofeng vaguely heard the chuckles from the lackeys following him, and suddenly felt like sothing snapped in his mind!

"I, your grandfather here, am i Chaofeng, the only son of the Mayor of Rainbow Town. I own hundreds of thousands of square kiloters of the town, control the entire town's economic lifeline, and have countless young girls chasing after . And now you're asking who I am?" i Chaofeng seed to have heard the most incredible statent.

"So what? I asked who you are, not who your grandfather is, nor who your father is. I asked, who are you." Ye Tianfan said calmly.

"Wh... what do you an by who am I? I'm i Chaofeng, the only son of the Mayor. i Chaofeng, who owns hundreds of thousands of..." i Chaofeng didn't get to finish before Ye Tianfan interrupted him.

"I am asking who you are as a person, not what your identity is. If you strip away that identity, who are you?" Ye Tianfan asked with a smile.

"Your question doesn't make any sense. Even without my identity, I'm still the most dazzling guy in Rainbow Town," i Chaofeng replied with a smile.

"Do you believe that yourself?" Ye Tianfan asked, still smiling.

"I..." i Chaofeng was at a loss for words upon hearing Ye Tianfan's question.

After all, usually, people flatter him because his father is the mayor. If he lost his identity, he would likely end up like ordinary people, trampled by others on the roadsides.

"Your question is pointless. Why should I strip away my identity? My identity is innate, sothing you can't envy!" i Chaofeng retorted, although his tone was less confident than before.

"Fine, even if you don't strip away your identity, what have you learned from these identities?" Ye Tianfan continued to ask.

"Learn? Learned what?" i Chaofeng was taken aback by Ye Tianfan's question, unsure of how to respond.

"I an, what knowledge have you gained from being the City Lord's son?" Ye Tianfan explained.

"I... I learned how to govern the town, how to make the town people live better!" i Chaofeng said, flustered.

At this mont, the people behind him remained silent, not because they didn't want to speak, but because Ye Tianfan had intimidated them with his aura from the start.

"Is that so? Let test you then. What if, suddenly, all the Rainbow Chickens in your town died off? What would you do?" Ye Tianfan posed a simple scenario for i Chaofeng to answer.

"I... I..." At this mont, i Chaofeng was at a complete loss. Although he lacked proper education and skills, he understood that the Rainbow Chickens were the foundation of Rainbow Town. Without them, the townspeople would certainly face problems, and at that ti, the mayor would have to step in to solve the issue, as they couldn't ignore the townspeople. If they didn't exist, neither would his position as the mayor.

"I... why should I answer you!" i Chaofeng realized his mistake, wondering why he should answer Ye Tianfan's questions. It was supposed to be him giving Ye Tianfan a lesson, but now Ye Tianfan was questioning him, and he couldn't even respond.

"Now it's not just who needs your answer; everyone else does!" Ye Tianfan said, gesturing around with his finger.

i Chaofeng instinctively looked where Ye Tianfan pointed and found that the townspeople watching the commotion on the street were now serious, seemingly pondering what they would do if all the Rainbow Chickens suddenly died.

Cold sweat broke out on i Chaofeng's forehead. If he were truly ruthless, he wouldn't care about the townspeople's thoughts, but despite his lack of skills and being sowhat of a wastrel, he cared about the well-being of the townspeople under his governance, as they were his foundation, the essence of Rainbow Town. i Chaofeng was evidently interested in such fundantal concerns.

This was why Ye Tianfan saw that i Chaofeng was not beyond help. Originally, he intended to teach him a lesson, but now he thought of offering so redemption. If he could save him from this, it would be a ritorious act.

"I... I..." i Chaofeng, faced with the gaze of the surrounding crowd, suddenly didn't know what to say. At that mont, he beca flustered.

"Alright then, let ask you a simple question. Suppose an outsider, walking with arrogance, kicks everyone who blocks his path aside, and you, the City Lord's son, witness this. What will you do?" Ye Tianfan smiled, changing the question.

"Of course, I'd have him arrested. Anyone who dares to bully our Rainbow Town's residents, even if it's soone of great power, deserves a lesson," i Chaofeng replied without hesitation.

"Really? Then what if you knew that outsider and he happened to be your friend; what would you do?" Ye Tianfan asked again.

i Chaofeng replied without thinking, "I would still have him arrested. If he dared to insult our Rainbow Town's residents, even as my friend, it shows he doesn't consider a friend at all, so it's not worth maintaining that friendship!"

"I see, and what if it was soone from your own town who knocked everyone ahead of him to the ground while walking?" Ye Tianfan continued.

"They would also need to be arrested. The path is wide enough, so why push others over?" i Chaofeng said, not noticing that the more he spoke, the more uncomfortable the expressions of those behind him beca.

"But what if you knew that person, and his actions were harsh, kicking with each step, causing your townspeople to cry out in pain?" Ye Tianfan continued to ask, but after posing this question, Ye Tianfan's objective was accomplished. It would all depend on what i Chaofeng would say next.

"He should definitely be arrested. Even if he's my friend, breaking the law knowingly makes his cri worse." i Chaofeng firmly declared.

"Are you certain?" Ye Tianfan asked.

"Yes!"

Ye Tianfan smiled and said, "Alright then, let's have you arrest the people behind you. They just committed the very acts I ntioned in my questions earlier."

Upon hearing this, i Chaofeng was stunned. He had never thought that those actions were wrong, but after Ye Tianfan confronted him, he realized that his previous conduct was utterly mistaken.
