Chapter 1803: Are You Not Able to Handle This?

Editor: EndlessFantasy Translation Someone as powerful as Leonidas Serafin had fought to the point of madness beyond the cosmos in his previous life.  Lukyan Flerov had single-handedly destroyed the Ancient Immortal Realm and killed so many immortals that none remained.  His death, too, originated from beyond the starry sky.  The enemies there were extremely terrifying.

The universe he was in now was a safe haven.  Braydon Neal had never been concerned about the enemy of all races.  Colton Jansky and Yuri Qualls understood his thoughts and schemes.  Now that he had returned, he had yet to take action against the myriad races because it wasn’t time for that yet.  Once the sons of the Northern Army reached their peak, they would be the first to attack the demons.  In this life, he was determined to exterminate all the demon tribes.

At the same time, all the manders of the Northern Army arrived quietly, each with their own thoughts.  This was because the mander had brought out 500,000 god mounts in Zone 1—the god wolves.  Once this formidable mount was fully formed, the army’s overall bat power would increase by more than tenfold.

The ninth master of the Northern Army rubbed his hands together and approached Cole Colbie, whispering, “Cole, does Big Brother have any further instructions about those god mounts?” “No!” Cole replied straightforwardly.

Immediately, Joshua Mandor wasn’t the only one feeling anxious.

“Braydon wants to restore the name of the Northern Army cavalry.

He will definitely equip all the Northern Army disciples with god mounts,” Skylar Neal, wearing a ghost mask, said calmly.

“There are very few mounts.

Even my 1st legion isn’t fully equipped,” Cole explained.

The 400,000 soldiers in Zone 1 were the elite of the eight legions.  Although they were all mounted on black wolves, with the mounts divided equally among the various legions, only half of the eight legions were equipped with god mounts.

Yuri added, “Only 50,000 men in my third legion are equipped with mounts.” “Yuri, not a single person in my legion has a mount!” Joshua plained unhappily.

In reality, it was the toughest situation for him.  Although he was officially the lieutenant mander of the 9th legion of the Northern Army, he also led the 500,000 Western Army cavalrymen.  The internal structure of the Northern Army was clear: the Western Army cavalry had merged into the Northern Army and lost its name, but control of the army still rested with Joshua.  Thus, Joshua had direct authority over 600,000 men.

Seeing that the other legions were all equipped with god mounts, he was at a loss as to how he would explain to his 600,000 men when he returned.  If they couldn’t secure any resources from the Northern Army Military Headquarters, it would only highlight the inadequacy of their manders.  The men of the various legions were battle-hardened and loyal, willing to die without regret if ordered.  Yet, as their leader, he couldn’t even get a fraction of the resources.  Why did the other legions receive them while his did not?

The battle achievements of all ten great legions were on par, and none had been weaker than the others.  Even the 13th legion, which had lost its lieutenant mander, had faced similar struggles.  After the Hundred Stellar Realm petition, their mander Luke Yates had gone missing.  The representative of the 13th legion, Forbes Innes, arrived at Braydon’s courtyard with a grim expression.  Dressed in black armor, exuding a fierce killing intent, and sporting a scar and a buzz cut, Forbes usually carried himself with arrogance in the 13th legion.  But upon entering the courtyard where the mander resided, he fell silent.

The courtyard was filled with figures he revered: Deputy manders Frediano Jadanza, Lazlo Abbott, Jonah Shaw and Hendrix Bailey, among others.  There were also Second Master Luther Carden, Third Master Yuri, and the ruthless Westley Hader and Harvey Lay.  They were all core members of the Northern Army, and even Luke had to address them as brothers.

In front of these big shots, Forbes felt insignificant.

“Forbes, you’re here too!” Luther said, glancing over with a faint smile.

“13th Legion, second regimental mander, Forbes Innes, greets Second Master!” Forbes stepped forward from the corner, standing as straight as a spear.

Luther replied softly, “Your lieutenant mander is currently cultivating in the secret realm and won’t be back for a while.

If you encounter any issues, discuss them among yourselves.

If you can’t resolve them, e find me.” “Yes, sir!” Forbes felt the pressure of standing before the Second Master.  The Northern Army was typically under Luther’s mand, and the various regimental manders held him in high regard.

With a troubled expression, Forbes said, “Second Master, the god mounts have already been distributed to the eight legions.

When will the 13th legion receive some?

We all know that the top ten legions of the Northern Army are direct descendants of the mander.

“But it feels like we’re being treated like stepchildren.

The 13th legion was the vanguard in the Meteor Sea Battle on the space battlefield, killing over ten million enemies.

We’ve earned our battle achievements!

“Can’t we at least get some of these god mounts?

“When my boss es back and sees the 13th legion in this state, the military won’t benefit from it.

Given his personality, you know it’ll be a light punishment if he skins all our regimental manders.” The more Forbes spoke, the more despondent he felt.  Usually, the lieutenant mander was very good to them, but when faced with a problem, he had taught them to take advantage as much as possible.  Failure to do so would result in severe consequences, including harsh punishment for the regimental manders.

The 13th legion was known as the rogue legion, and while its regimental manders, including Forbes, were not as obedient as they seemed, this was not the place for arrogance.  He needed to choose a different time and place for that.

He dared not cause trouble here, where everyone present could easily put him in his place.

Luther frowned, observing the lieutenant manders’ reactions.  He snorted coldly, “Do you all think the ten great legions of the Northern Army are the direct descendants of the mander?” Everyone fell silent, as if tacitly agreeing.

Luther’s face darkened immediately.

Even Yuri, Joshua, and the others wore grim expressions.  This kind of discontent couldn’t be tolerated.

Skylar stepped forward and said calmly, “The people of the Northern Army are all direct descendants of the mander.

There’s no distinction between inside and outside!” “Hmph, I must have been spoiling you all too much!” Luther’s eyes flashed with anger.

The Second Master was visibly enraged.  More than half of the 800 lieutenant manders knelt on one knee.  The reason was simple—this batch of manders were hidden agents.

The faces of the lieutenant manders turned pale as they grasped the seriousness of the situation.  This was no longer just a minor issue.

Forbes’s face grew ashen as he realized he had spoken out of turn.  He knelt on one knee and cupped his fists, saying in a subdued voice, “Second Master, please calm down.

I was the one who spoke out of turn.” “Back then, the mander was thrust into his position at a young age.

He was our classmate and rade when we were young.

On the battlefield in the northern desert, he was always the first to lead the charge when war broke out,” Luther explained.
