Chapter 2099: Heavenly Fate Chamber of merce Chapter 2099: Heavenly Fate Chamber of merce Editor: EndlessFantasy Translation The aura in the room surged dramatically.

Even the entire Ninth Peak seemed to sense the immense power.

In a nearby elders’ pavilion, an old man slowly opened his eyes.

“This is the transcendent realm?” “It seems Wilma has finally overe her inner demon.” In another room, an elderly woman turned her gaze toward Braydon Neal’s pavilion.

“Good, good.

From now on, the Ninth Peak will have another transcendent.” “And there is also someone whose abilities rival that of transcendence.” Outside Braydon’s pavilion, Braydon fastened the black flute to his waist.

Feeling the aura of breakthrough in the room, he exhaled slowly.

Finally, she had broken through.

Soon, the sound of footsteps echoed from the room.

Wilma Nilles stepped out with a radiant smile and walked straight to Braydon.

“Braydon, I’ve finally reached the transcendent realm.” Braydon forced a stiff smile.

Wilma frowned slightly, then suddenly reached out to hook his lips and tugged them upward.

“That’s better,” she said with satisfaction.

Braydon remained still, watching her silently.

“When do you plan to enter the inner sect?” he asked suddenly.

Wilma’s expression faltered briefly before she hesitated.

“There’s no rush to enter the inner sect just yet.

I’ve just broken through to transcendence and still feel unprepared.

I plan to go on a mission first.” “When are you leaving?” “Tomorrow morning.” “Alright, be careful,” Braydon replied, nodding slowly.

“If you face danger, crush this.

I’ll e.” Wilma looked at the jade token Braydon handed her and smiled.

“If it’s something I can’t handle, even you won’t make a difference.” Braydon said nothing, simply placing the token in her hand.

“If something happens, I’ll stand in front of you.” Startled by his serious tone, Wilma froze for a moment before smiling gently.

“Alright, I understand.” Without another word, Braydon returned to his pavilion.

Lying on his bed, he stared at the ceiling, lost in thought.

Suddenly, a figure appeared beside him—it was Wilma.

She settled down next to him, breathing in his scent, her face soft with relief.

“Just for a while,” she said preemptively, cutting off any protest from Braydon.

“Alright,” Braydon replied, closing his eyes.

As he lay there, Wilma gazed at him with unconcealed affection.

She didn’t know why someone like Braydon, who had appeared in her life just a month ago, mattered so much to her.

But Wilma liked it.

That much was undeniable.

Time passed quietly, with neither of them saying a word.

By morning, Braydon sensed her rising quietly.

A soft touch on his forehead startled him, followed by the faint sound of retreating footsteps.

Opening his eyes, he glanced toward the window, where a pitch-black night crow rested.

Walking over, Braydon regarded the bird.

This night crow, once a great celestial, had ascended to the peak of the ordinary realm, its bat power now magnified tenfold.

“You’ll follow her.

If there’s trouble, send me a message immediately.

Got it?” As Braydon handed it a duck leg, the night crow’s scarlet eyes gleamed as it nodded.

“Boss, I can actually talk now,” a smoky, low voice rang out.

Braydon froze, his expression turning flat.

“You should probably talk less.

The ‘King of the Night’ with a smoky voice?

How embarrassing.

Totally ruins the atmosphere.” “Oh,” the night crow muttered.

It flapped its wings and soared into the sky, disappearing into the distance.

Standing by the window, Braydon stared at the horizon, his expression unreadable.

When Wilma returned, he would fully enter the inner sect.

Everything he had been planning… it was time to set it in motion.

At the foot of the Ninth Peak, Wilma’s figure emerged.

After scanning her surroundings, she approached a man nearby.

“Let’s go.” The man greeted her with a fawning smile.

“Elder Wilma, this way, please.” Without a word, Wilma climbed into the carriage.

Her mission was clear: eliminate a group of underground forces lurking in the Myriad Demon City—a nest of slippery loaches hidden under its mand.

The man leading her was the head of a chamber of merce in the city.

Unable to deal with the threat, he had posted a reward at the Myriad Demon Sect.

The reward?

A Golden Flame Sprout, an exceptionally rare spirit herb capable of granting spiritual power imbued with scorching golden flames.

Seated in the carriage, Wilma stared into the distance, lost in thought.

She wondered if Braydon had woken yet or what expression he might be wearing.

Overhead, a night crow silently followed her every move.

The Myriad Demon City was only a thousand kilometers from the Myriad Demon Sect.

Pulled by dragon-scale demon beasts, the carriage made the journey in barely an hour.

As the city gates loomed ahead, Wilma drew back the curtain.

“Have you pinpointed their location?” she asked.

The man turned back with a quick nod.

“Don’t worry, Elder Wilma.

We’ve locked onto their hideout.

With you leading the charge, we’re certain to eradicate them all.” Wilma nodded in acknowledgment, unaware of the fleeting glint of malice in the man’s eyes.

As they approached the city gates, towering walls cast a daunting shadow.

Guards stepped forward to halt them.

“Stop.

State your business!” The man stepped forward with a practiced smile.

“Good sirs, I’m with the Heavenly Fate Chamber of merce.

I’ve just returned from handling some business.” The guard’s gaze flicked toward the carriage.

“Who’s inside?” Hesitation flickered across the man’s face, as though debating whether to reveal Wilma’s identity.

Before he could respond, a token flew out from the carriage.
