Owen looked at Anita, who was silent. He suddenly felt like he had said the wrong thing. His words did seem harsh, but it was too late to take them back.
"Please send back, thank you," Anita said softly.
"Sure." Owen didn’t know how to explain himself. He started the car and slowly left the hotel parking lot.
At ten in the evening, it was ti when night life began. It was very lively outside the window, but there was silence in the car. Owen wanted to say sothing, but he felt too awkward about it. He thought about it for a long ti, but couldn’t find a topic to talk about.
The car arrived at Anita’s residence.
"Thank you. I’ll get going first." Anita took off Owen’s jacket and was about to push open the door to get out of the car.

"I understand. I’ll get going first," Anita said without any expression. Then, she placed Owen’s jacket on the seat, pushed open the door, and went out.
"Anita..." Before he could finish, she had gotten out of the car. Owen grabbed his clothes, frantically pushed open the car door, and went after Anita.
"Anita, I really didn’t an anything else. I... I just..." care about you. But Owen couldn’t get the last words out.
He opened his mouth, but he couldn’t say anything. Anita looked at Owen and turned to leave.
"Wait, put the jacket on." Owen really didn’t know what to say. He forcibly put the jacket on Anita.
Annie wanted to say that she didn’t need it anymore, but seeing how nervous Owen looked, she couldn’t refuse. "Thank you, then. Don’t worry, I’ll wash the jacket and return them to you."
"No, you don’t have to give it back to . You can just keep it and wear it," Owen said quickly.

"Okay, I understand. I’ll go back first. It’s getting late. You should go back quickly," Anita waved her hand.
"Okay, see you then," Owen said with a smile.
Looking at Anita’s back as she slowly walked away, Owen was a little unwilling to part with her. He even had the urge to go up and hug her.
What was going on with him? It seed like he hadn’t even thought about Mia recently. He often thought about Anita instead. He shook his head again while thinking that maybe he was being a little crazy.
Owen stood by the side of the road and stood in the cold wind until he couldn’t see Anita’s back anymore. Then he took out his key, walked to the car, and started the engine before leaving.
Owen pulled out his phone as he drove to call his secretary.
"Hello, CEO." Bruce, his secretary, picked up the phone in less than two seconds.
"Bruce, find out Cole’s background and what dark history he has. Send it to ," Owen said coldly.
"Got it, CEO," Bruce agreed quickly.
On this side, Cole, who had just been beaten up by Owen and had yet to wake up, had no idea what he was going to face tomorrow. If he knew, he probably would not have tried to rape Anita today.
Secretary Bruce was very efficient. Early the next morning, he gave all the information about Cole to Owen. "CEO, all the information about Cole is here."

"Him? He ssed with soone he shouldn’t have." Owen sneered as he thought about what had happened last night.
Bruce, who was standing beside him, suddenly felt a cold chill.
"Okay, go get busy," Owen said.
After getting his permission, Bruce hurriedly pushed open the door and went out. He patted his chest and thought about how he made the right choice by obeying the President. No matter what, no one should offend the President.
