"Ha ha, impressive marksmanship, first ti I've encountered it," Lin Mu said cheerfully.
"Is that so? Then it ans you're quite fortunate today," Uro Iji replied with a smile. He considered himself yet to et anyone who could escape from his aim, especially under such favorable shooting conditions.
"Indeed, very fortunate! My apologies!" Lin Mu shook his head and sighed, truly speaking from the heart. He had thought Uro Iji's skills were diocre, never expecting him to wield such a powerful weapon. A laser gun was nearly invincible; what should he do now?
If he had to engage in combat with force, Lin Mu was almost certain he couldn't dodge Uro Iji's laser gun. It was manageable at first, but over ti, Lin Mu couldn't guarantee he'd remain unscathed.
Jinye watched Lin Mu, feeling satisfied that Uro Iji had vented his disgust for him. Otherwise, today's situation would surely have ended disastrously.
"Lin Mu, can you afford to be cocky again?" Jinye sneered.
"Ha ha," Lin Mu ignored Jinye and focused on Uro Iji. "Your shooting skills are formidable, I admit. This ti it's my oversight. I'm off, not going to play along with you anymore, farewell!"
After speaking, Lin Mu signaled to Golden Wolf that it was ti to leave. At this point, there was no need to continue the confrontation. Even if he didn't lose his life, he might get injured by the laser gun, and it wasn't worth taking such a risk.
"Wait a minute!" Just as Lin Mu was about to move, Uro Iji's cold voice rang out from behind.
"Ha ha, what now? Still want to play?" Lin Mu couldn't help but sneer. This was within his expectations; Uro Iji was unlikely to let go of such a great opportunity, especially considering Lin Mu posed a significant threat to the Jushi Association. Uro Iji couldn't let this chance pass, given the current situation with his laser gun advantage.
Uro Iji looked at Lin Mu and sneered, "You ca in so easily. Do you think you can leave just as easily?"
"What do you want to do?" Lin Mu shrugged nonchalantly.
"Shoot you dead."
"Ha ha, do you have that skill?" The speaker wasn't Lin Mu but soone else. Suddenly, a figure flashed at the doorway, and Man Luo, clad in black leather attire, walked in. With her cool deanor, she held a handgun aid at Uro Iji as she entered the office.
Seeing Man Luo, Lin Mu's heart eased a bit, and he couldn't help but exclaim, "You're arriving at just the right ti, Sis."
Jinye looked at Man Luo, stunned, and angrily cursed, "Man Luo, you're actually with him!"
"Ha ha, didn't you want to kill ? So naturally, I ca to see you, Boss Jin, long ti no see!" Man Luo chuckled lightly as she spoke.
Jinye glanced at Man Luo and said, "Man Luo, I won't hold you accountable for the past. Help eliminate Lin Mu now, and I'll pay you 100 million yuan in commission!"
Man Luo looked at Jinye, chuckled, then unexpectedly kicked him in the stomach. Jinye flew into the wall, severely injured this ti, imprinting a blood-red "大" on the wall, then slowly rolled to the ground.
"Do you think a dog has the right to negotiate?" Man Luo smiled lightly at Jinye.
"Hmm, indeed he doesn't have that right," Lin Mu chuckled in agreent.
Jinye wiped the blood from the corner of his mouth, his eyes reddening. "Man Luo, this is your choice. Don't forget where you are now; this is Zhengzhou, my territory. If you want to ss with , don't think you can leave Zhengzhou easily."
"Ha ha, is that so?" Man Luo chuckled, clearly dismissive of Jinye's words.
"Mr. Iji, given the current situation, do you still want to play?" Lin Mu asked, looking at Uro Iji.
With Man Luo's appearance, Lin Mu's side clearly had the advantage. If Uro Iji opened fire, Man Luo behind him would certainly retaliate. Whether his shot would kill Lin Mu was uncertain, and once he'd fired, he wouldn't have the chance for a second shot. He'd be dead for sure; clearly opening fire was disadvantageous for him.
"You may leave," Uro Iji said coldly. Although Uro Iji had lost his advantage, he still held so authority because his shooting skills were his voice.
Lin Mu signaled to Golden Wolf and began walking out. When passing by Jinye, Lin Mu patted him on the shoulder. "Boss Jin, this is just the beginning. There's more fun to co. I want to see how Flying Dragon steps all over you; I'm sure that'll be an enjoyable feeling!"
With that, Lin Mu left the office, and Man Luo slowly exited as well. Obviously, Uro Iji had no need to confront them further; he had to let them go. Fortunately, no losses occurred; the DNA-catalyzing enzy hadn't been snatched away, and Lin Mu and his companions left the International Club, hailing a cab back to the hotel.
"Wow, sis, thanks to you today!" Lin Mu said, looking at the unexpectedly appearing Man Luo.
Man Luo gave Lin Mu a sidelong glance, appearing quite agitated, "If I hadn't co, would you have made it out alive? How many tis have I told you to call before taking action? If I had known, I wouldn't have cared about you, leaving you to fend for yourself."
"Co on, heh, I'm lucky you showed up this ti, or I might have been done for. Co, let give you a reward," Lin Mu laughed.
"Get lost." Man Luo ignored Lin Mu.
"Hey, can't I even give you a little reward?" Lin Mu laughed.
"You call this a reward?" Man Luo gave Lin Mu a sidelong glance. This guy was shaless, clearly trying to take advantage of her.
"It is! Most people would want a kiss from but won't get one." Lin Mu laughed.
"Yeah, right," Man Luo ignored Lin Mu's shalessness, then said, "Since we didn't deal with Jinye, he'll definitely seek revenge on us. How do you plan to handle that?"
"Ha ha, don't worry. Jinye doesn't yet have the courage. With so many incidents happening in succession, he's definitely feeling overwheld. Today served as a warning; without absolute certainty, he won't act again." Lin Mu said without a care.
"And what about the DNA-catalyzing enzy?" Man Luo asked again.
"We didn't get it, but it's no big deal. By tomorrow at the latest, I'll join forces with the military and destroy his factory," Lin Mu said.
"Alright, I'm warning you in advance. You must notify before taking action next ti; otherwise, if sothing similar happens, I won't care whether you live or die. You're dead, and I'd be more relieved," Man Luo warned.
