Don't underestimate the stones, though they're not cannonballs; during naval combat, they have considerable impact and lethality. Very badass. These are standard equipnt on fishing vessels, ant for defense against pirate attacks and can serve as a form of offense!
Once everything was ready, all the lights on the ship were turned off, making it seem rather insignificant amidst the vast ocean, hard to detect, especially at night, nearly invisible. After waiting for over half an hour, it was almost midnight, yet there was still no sign of any other ship around, with everything remaining pitch dark!
"Boss Lin, is the information accurate? Why is there no movent around?" Shen Yijin asked, standing on the deck.
"The information is absolutely accurate. Let's wait a bit. This is the only path they must pass through; they will definitely show up!" Lin Mu replied.
Regarding Earth Wolf's report, Lin Mu was undoubtedly confident, and since this was the only possible route, Chen Shiwei couldn't pull any tricks; even if they were on guard, they couldn't bypass it.
"Young Master Jin, there's a light over there; it seems a ship is coming this way!" Blood Kill pointed out.
Following Blood Kill's direction, Shen Yijin indeed saw a glimr of light, although it seed quite distant!

As ti passed, the ship in the distance gradually approached, and under the illumination, the ship's body beca visible! It was a dium-sized transportation ship, stacked with containers. Lin Mu estimated, considering Chen Shiwei's foolishness, the cargo this ti must be worth two to three hundred million at least!
If this batch of cargo could be intercepted, it would undoubtedly deliver a powerful blow to Chen Shiwei. More importantly, Chen Shiwei had another large batch of goods in East City, amounting to at least two billion in total!

The ship drew nearer, and upon reaching attack range, about fifty ters away, Blood Kill gave the command, and crew mbers on deck started launching stones using the ship's giant slingshot towards Chen Shiwei's transportation ship.
Large stones flew through the air towards Chen Shiwei's ship, hitting their target accurately!
"What's going on? What's happening?" The head of transportation asked upon hearing the massive noise from inside the cabin.
"Brother Tao, seems like we're encountering pirates!" A subordinate ran in to report.
As the subordinate rushed in, others standing on deck followed, with large stones raining down like hail from above, no one would recklessly stand exposed on deck and risk getting hit, so they hurriedly retreated to the safety of the cabin!
Even so, several people already laid injured on deck, hit by the massive stones weighing twenty or thirty pounds, their bodies torn and battered!
"Damn it, daring to rob Chen Family's ship, are they tired of living? Gather the crew, start the water cannons, fight back with all we've got!" The chief of operations on the ship, Chen Tao, commanded.
Ships running cargo on the ocean are generally equipped with at least basic water cannons as a ans of counterattack in ergency situations; movent on ships isn't as free as on land, so most vessels regularly traversing the seas have them installed!
"Brother Tao, it's no good. They keep hurling stones at our ship, and anyone who steps out gets hit!" The subordinate said with a bitter look.
The Shen Family, as experienced seafarers, were well acquainted with mariti attack tactics, and using slingshots to throw stones was precisely to hinder the opponent's use of water cannons. Unless one was made of iron, anyone erging would instantly be battered beyond recognition!

Chen Tao swung his hand, but his surrounding subordinates, looking at each other, no one stepped out. Are you joking, going out under these circumstances would be suicidal. They were in the business to make money, not to lose their lives. Even if life wasn't lost, a leg or arm missing would an a lifeti of challenges!
Chen Tao saw his subordinates standing motionless and grew irate, kicking a subordinate, "Damn it, are all of you deaf, get moving!"
Bang, bang! Several loud noises reverberated as the cabin's glass shattered under the impact of massive stones, continuing the cacophony!
A water jet sprayed in directly as Shen Yijin's side employed the water cannons, flooding the cabin in an instant!
"Brother Tao, their ship is approaching!" A subordinate pointed through the cabin glass at the approaching ship outside.
Chen Tao's face darkened like a corpse's. "Damn it, let's fight them! Brothers, grab your weapons, let's prepare for battle!"
Instantly, several subordinates grabbed 'Blades' from the cabinet, each showing a fierce expression. The chaos just experienced left them in disarray, this battle was a chance to vent their rage!
Shen Yijin's side ceased their attack, slowly nearing Chen Shiwei's ship. Because both vessels were large, getting too close carried the risk of collision, so at a distance of ten ters or so Shen Yijin had them deploy an electric boarding plank onto Chen Family's ship!
"Wow, the Shen Family's equipnt is indeed advanced!" Lin Mu marveled.
Once the connecting plank was in place, a group led by Shen Yijin boarded Chen Family's ship. Lin Mu, cigarette in mouth, followed onto Chen Shiwei's transportation ship, finding the deck in utter chaos, debris everywhere, all glass areas shattered beyond recognition.
