Qi Manlin nodded. In fact, she couldn't quite believe it either. She had the sa feeling as Lin Mu, that this Sharapova might very well be Bova! But the truth was, a series of evidences proved that Sharapova was the mayor, not the evil terrorist Bova!
"Hmm, it's already been verified. I've checked her information and even called the Russian officials to confirm it. Sharapova is indeed the mayor of Haba District, no mistake!" said Qi Manlin.
"That's strange, how can Sharapova be both the mayor and Bova?" Lin Mu couldn't help but question with doubts.
"That I'm not sure about. What do you think we should do next?" Qi Manlin asked, feeling extrely frustrated and clueless. She had finally found a clue, only to see it vanish like this.
Lin Mu thought for a mont, "For now, let's do this: assign a few unfamiliar faces to keep an eye on Sharapova at the hotel, and I'll investigate in other ways!"
"Alright then, that's all we can do," Qi Manlin nodded.
After leaving the police station, Lin Mu went to the Flying Dragon Entertainnt City. This ti, he finally didn't catch Gray Wolf squeezing soy milk on a woman's belly, but saw him gambling casually with Golden Wolf and a few younger mbers.
"Brother Lin, you're here!" a few of the younger mbers greeted Lin Mu respectfully, knowing that he must have important matters to attend to.
"Brother Lin, any leads on the Tsar Group?" Gray Wolf asked.
Lin Mu shook his head, sat down, and said, "There was a lead, but now it's gone again. By the way, Gray Wolf, can you find a photo of Bova from among your friends?"
"That shouldn't be a problem, I'll make a call and ask!" Gray Wolf nodded and then took out his phone.
After making several calls, Gray Wolf hung up and said, "Brother Lin, so of my buddies have photos of Bova, but she's always wearing a mask. Bova never shows her true face!"
"Oh? Never shows her true face? Why is that?" Lin Mu had a hint of doubt and seed to realize sothing.
"That's not very clear, maybe she's ugly and afraid of being laughed at. If she were beautiful and wearing a mask, wouldn't that be a waste?" Gray Wolf chuckled lewdly, seemingly fantasizing about sothing wicked again.
Lin Mu rolled his eyes at Gray Wolf helplessly. Though what Gray Wolf said had so logic, it wasn't about being ugly or pretty, but that Bova was hiding her face to avoid being recognized!
Not wanting others to see clearly certainly indicates another issue, or maybe she's afraid of being discovered!
Could it be... Lin Mu furrowed his brows and then asked, "Gray Wolf, have your friend send over as many photos of Bova as possible!"
"Sure, no problem, I'll handle it right away!" Gray Wolf nodded.
After making another call, Gray Wolf went over to the computer, "Alright, my friend will send the photos over soon!"
Sure enough, a few minutes later, Gray Wolf received an email.
"Boss, it's here!" Gray Wolf said.
Lin Mu walked over to the computer and looked at the photos on the screen.
"Wow, boss, Bova's got quite the figure! Even with a veil over her face, she's quite captivating." Gray Wolf's eyes sparkled as he looked at the photos on the screen, his hand unconsciously moved to his crotch.
"Damn," Lin Mu, noticing Gray Wolf's lecherous expression, gave him a hard punch, "If you need to get off, don't do it here, you perv!"
"Heh, I wasn't doing anything, just appreciating!" Gray Wolf chuckled lecherously, his gaze turning back to the photos.
But because of what Gray Wolf said, Lin Mu took a closer look. Suddenly, sothing caught his eye. Yes, in this photo, Bova was only wearing a small tank top.
Compared to the previous photos, this one indeed looked more alluring, and Lin Mu noticed that on this photo, Bova had a tattoo on her chest, specifically a distinctive pattern.
"Gray Wolf, zoom in on the photo here!" Lin Mu quickly called to Gray Wolf.
Gray Wolf looked at Lin Mu with a lecherous smile, "Hehe, boss, I didn't expect you to have such a taste!"
"Damn it, stop babbling and hurry up!" Lin Mu cursed, feeling it disgraceful to be accused by this guy. Sure, Lin Mu had quite a heavy taste, but you couldn't just say that to his face! How would he maintain authority now?
"Okay, boss, I get it. Let zoom in!" Gray Wolf chuckled lecherously, thinking he finally found a comrade.
With the photo enlarged, Lin Mu stared intently at Bova, while Gray Wolf was so amused that he twitched, his eyes almost popping out. Only Golden Wolf calmly recited a Buddhist chant: "Amitabha Buddha, sins, sins..."
"Damn, you fake monk, looking for a beating? Don't act all high and mighty in front of the Daoist Master!" Gray Wolf got annoyed when he saw Golden Wolf acting sanctimoniously and cursed, feeling it was an obvious way to emphasize his piety over Gray Wolf's lewdness.
"Damn, Niu Bi Zi, don't drag others into your lechery!" Golden Wolf cursed back.
