Inside Qin Han Restaurant.
Qin Dalei was comfortably lying on the sofa while a man in a suit was reporting the latest developnts. Age brings about backaches; sitting for a long ti becos uncomfortable.
"By the way, what has Lin Chuan been up to recently?" Qin Dalei asked.
"Him?" The man in the suit smiled and said, "It seems as though he's not doing much. Lin Chuan rarely interferes with his own business, and he only occasionally visits Feixiang Company. However, looking at his recent actions, he seems to be very interested in the land belonging to Changlin Factory."
"Is he planning to venture into real estate?" Qin Dalei was surprised and said, "That would be a great opportunity. If he could seize this chance, I think it would be quite nice. At the very least, their wealth could increase manifold."

Lin Chuan was taken aback and said awkwardly, "Don't talk nonsense, I was just saying."
