"You!" Bai Yifan was even more annoyed, where had the gentle and kind Tang Yung gone? She had never blushed at him before, but ever since she got together with Lin Chuan, he found that Tang Yung frequently got agitated with him for Lin Chuan's sake. Lin Chuan responded one by one. While he was speaking, he walked over to Luo Guoqing. Luo Guoqing was sitting in a corner, holding a smartphone while reading an online novel. In today's society, online literature was prevalent, influencing many people. Especially now smartphones are common, making many accustod to reading on mobile devices. Luo Guoqing had his daughter Tingting pick out a smartphone for him and then downloaded a 'QQ Reading' app.

"Recently?" Luo Guoqing was stunned and asked, "Which aspect are you referring to?"
"Song Ming." Lin Chuan replied with a sentence.
"Song Ming?" Luo Guoqing chuckled, "He's been running around lately, didn't you see? The Song family brothers weren't even in the lounge. I guess he's been trying to find connections, hoping to fra you. Unfortunately, he hasn't found the right person yet. However, I heard he's been getting close with Qin Dalei recently."
"Oh?" Lin Chuan looked at Luo Guoqing with surprise.
"That's what the Song family brothers said," Luo Guoqing laughed. "These two lads are never tight-lipped, and they like to brag about how amazing Qin Dalei is whenever they get the chance. So, I guess there must be so connection between Song Ming and Qin Dalei."
"Your analysis makes sense." Lin Chuan nodded.
"So, you have to be cautious," Luo Guoqing said seriously.
"Hmm!" Lin Chuan nodded. However, to keep Luo Guoqing from worrying about him, Lin Chuan didn't share his own experiences. Instead, he chatted casually with Luo Guoqing in the lounge. Just as their conversation was becoming interesting.
Suddenly, Xiao Xue burst into the lounge.
She pinched her nose and said, "Lin Chuan, Secretary Tang is looking for you!"
"Looking for ?" Lin Chuan was startled and said, "Didn't she just kick out?"
"But, didn't you just say that you walked out by yourself?" Xiao Xue's eyes flashed with slyness.
"Uh..." Lin Chuan paused, imdiately dumbfounded, and awkwardly said, "What does Secretary Tang need?"
"How should I know?" Xiao Xue glanced at Lin Chuan, saying, "If I knew, why would I tell you to go find Secretary Tang? I would just tell you directly, right?"
"Makes sense!" Lin Chuan strangely nodded in agreent.
Inside Tang Yung's office.
Lin Chuan curiously asked, "Sis, what did you want to see for?"
Tang Yung looked at Lin Chuan and said, "I've expedited the approval docunts you needed. They're all here."
Lin Chuan moved closer out of curiosity. All sorts of docunts were ready, even including a guarantee letter from the City Committee. This deeply moved Lin Chuan. Having connections in high places really made things easier. Tang Yung had actually managed to get all these docunts finalized so swiftly and efficiently.
"Sis, you are the best." Lin Chuan was exceedingly excited and said enthusiastically, "This is great, now I'm a real estate developer too."
"Lin Chuan, there's sothing I need to remind you of," Tang Yung said seriously as she looked at him.
"Sis, go ahead," Lin Chuan quickly said.
"When business grows big, don't forget your roots," Tang Yung stared intensely at Lin Chuan, then spoke, "You must abide by principles in life. Absolutely do not change like so people do. They succeed in business but lose their moral compass."
"Sis, don't worry," Lin Chuan earnestly said, "Lin Chuan conducts himself in a way that he can answer to the heavens above, the earth below, and most importantly, to you, sis."
"That's good," Tang Yung nodded, saying, "I know you're a kind-hearted person, that's why I'm willing to help you with these matters."
"Hehe" Lin Chuan grinned, saying, "How should I reward you for this?"
Lin Chuan mischievously walked towards Tang Yung.
Tang Yung imdiately panicked, she whispered urgently, "Don't ss around, Xiao Xue is still here!"
"So what?" Lin Chuan shook his head, saying, "This girl knows about our relationship anyway. Plus, she'll surely leave if she sees us getting cozy."
As he spoke, Lin Chuan imdiately hugged Tang Yung.
"Please, I'm begging you," Tang Yung urgently pleaded, "This is an office, the City Committee office, you... how can you fool around like this?"
Seeing Tang Yung so imploring, Lin Chuan also had no choice but to sheepishly give up.
