Since the assassination attempt on Jing Yan by Ku Jixie eight thousand years ago, this is the fourth ti he’s co to this chaotic space.
Whenever he thinks of the events of that ti, Ku Jixie would visit this space. After all, it doesn’t take up much of his ti. He always has a feeling that the human nad Jing Yan didn’t die.
Of course, Ku Jixie also didn’t believe that coming here occasionally would allow him to coincidentally et Jing Yan again. He is well aware that even if Jing Yan really didn’t die, the chances of eting him here are very low.
"Perhaps... he really is dead!"
"If he weren’t dead, how hasn’t he appeared for eight thousand years? On the Human Clan’s side, there hasn’t been any news suggesting that Jing Yan is still alive," Ku Jixie’s enormous figure stops amidst the space, surveying the area.
The Sky Demon Clan also has so spies within the Human Clan. If the human Jing Yan weren’t dead, it would be hard to completely hide it from the spies of the Sky Demon Clan inside the Human Clan. Unless, Jing Yan hasn’t returned to the Human Territory for these eight thousand years, and has almost no contact with other humans.
"Forget it! Although I don’t know how exactly that chaotic rift was ford back then, chaos itself hosts many dangers. Sotis, even ordinary flying can encounter deadly dangers. Perhaps, the rift was purely a natural occurrence of chaotic energy." Ku Jixie shakes his head.
He prepares to leave, to return to the Demon Domain of the Sky Demon Clan.
"Whoosh!"
Just then, the space trembles slightly. A wave of energy sweeps over.
"Hmm?" Ku Jixie’s eyes sharpen.
The massive black long staff in his hand appears instantly.
This is at the edge of the God Burying Domain, so perhaps there are Human Heavenly Venerate experts nearby. Thus, Ku Jixie instinctively assus that there is a Human Heavenly Venerate expert present.
He cautiously scans the surrounding space.
A cyan silhouette abruptly appears ahead.
Ku Jixie does not know how this silhouette arrived, as if it appeared out of thin air. From its aura, it seems to be a damned human.
"It’s you!" Just as Jing Yan was sent out of the Mixed Hole Secret Realm by Elder Dong Bo, he hasn’t had ti to observe his surroundings, when he sees Ku Jixie’s massive figure not far away.
This Demon King, clearly is the one who used the Demon Artifact Death Hand to assassinate him eight thousand years ago. Jing Yan recognizes Ku Jixie.
"Human Jing Yan?" Ku Jixie also recognizes Jing Yan.
"You really aren’t dead!" Ku Jixie’s rough voice contains a trace of surprise, but also sounds as if he had anticipated this possibility.
"Of course I’m not dead!" Jing Yan slowly brings forth the Colorful Cloud Sword.
"Human Jing Yan, your luck is indeed good. But this ti, I see how you can escape!" Ku Jixie shakes his massive head, staring at Jing Yan, speaking in a low voice.
Eight thousand years ago, he failed to kill Jing Yan, but this ti, he certain intends to kill him.
Ku Jixie is a Demon King of the Sky Demon Clan, and among the Demon Kings, he is considered quite powerful. For soone of his status, to fail at assassinating a Human Divine Emperor, is clearly a disgraceful matter. If it gets out, he would certainly be ridiculed by other demons.
So this ti, he must kill this human. Ku Jixie feels his luck is not too bad. Although he failed to kill Jing Yan last ti, he has encountered him again this ti.
"Escape?"
"Killing won’t be that easy! This ti, you probably didn’t bring the Demon Artifact Death Hand with you, did you? You should be unable to seal this space. But don’t worry, I won’t run away. I want to see just how strong a Demon King level expert from the Sky Demon Clan truly is." Jing Yan’s fighting spirit surges intensely.

"Human Jing Yan, prepare to die! Rember, the one who kills you is Demon King Ku Jixie!" Ku Jixie lets out a furious shout, taking a step forward while wielding the black long staff.
The fighting style of the Sky Demon Clan is simple - pure strength, using power to break all laws!
"Swoosh!" The shadow of the black staff traverses the chaotic space, covering Jing Yan’s head.
Jing Yan’s eyes narrow slightly, raising the Colorful Cloud Sword in his hand, the sword light magnifying, resisting the staff shadow.
"Huh??"
"You’re actually not using Divine Power to resist!"
"Could it be that you know you’re certain to die, so you’ve given up resisting?" Ku Jixie mutters as he sees Jing Yan’s actions.
He has fought many tis with humans and knows well the human fighting style. Humans are strong due to their mastery of Divine Power and Law utilization. Various attack thods, such as martial arts, domain etc., are all created using Divine Power and Law as the basis.
But now, he does not feel the familiar fluctuations of Divine Power and Law. This Jing Yan clearly shows no signs of utilizing Divine Power or Law.
And the weak human physical body inherently lacks much strength. Ku Jixie is confident that this strike will grind Jing Yan to dust.
"Die! Human Jing Yan, die!" Ku Jixie snarls, his expression fierce.
"Boom!"
The enlarged sword light of the Colorful Cloud Sword collides with Ku Jixie’s black long staff.
An enormous crash follows, shaking this chaotic space hard, until it completely shatters.
Ku Jixie’s power is indeed imnsely strong, but Jing Yan’s power is equally astonishing.
Relying solely on his own strength in the clash with Ku Jixie, Jing Yan’s body rely sinks slightly. Instead, the black long staff Ku Jixie holds is directly bounced away by the sword light of the Colorful Cloud Sword. Caught off guard, Ku Jixie almost lets the black long staff slip from his hands and fly out.
"How is this possible?"
"Damn it, how is this possible! His strength has beco so incredibly strong? This human isn’t using Divine Power or Law. He’s purely using his own strength, and his power is comparable to mine? Moreover, his physical body defense can withstand such formidable power?" Ku Jixie’s eyes widen, staring incredulously at Jing Yan.
For a mont, he feels his mind is insufficient, unable to figure out what’s happening.
If not for knowing that the person before him is a human, and the one he had tried to assassinate eight thousand years ago - Jing Yan, he would’ve believed he was fighting a fellow Demon King with comparable strength.
"Ku Jixie!" Jing Yan’s eyes narrow slightly.
After clashing head-on with Ku Jixie this ti, Jing Yan’s confidence soars. Now he is certain that even relying solely on the strength of his physical body, he can fight Ku Jixie. Bearing such trendous force’s shock, his inner body world still remains stable.
