Jing Yan himself no longer needed the Creation Pill, but there were others around him who did.
For instance, the current Donglin City Lord, Fourth Elder of Jing Family, Jing Tianying, required the Creation Pill. "The Creation Pill?"

"Because thousands of years ago, there was no such Elixir as the Creation Pill, so naturally there would be no thod to refine it in the Qiankun Pill Path," Tianshui said matter-of-factly.

Tianshui was the one who last unsealed the Qiankun Ring, four thousand years ago. In Tianshui’s era, the Creation Pill had not yet erged. The Creation Pill appeared on the Heavenly Origin Continent only after Tianshui’s death.
This Elixir was created by a very capable Pill Master. However, for unknown reasons, the Pill Formula was lost, and only a very few individuals, like Pill King Hu Donghe, obtained the Creation Pill formula from a relic.
Understanding dawned on Jing Yan, but he was also a bit taken aback.
"So, does that an I can’t refine the Creation Pill?" Jing Yan said with a wry smile of disappointnt.
"Why not?"
"Isn’t that simple? You just need to get a Creation Pill and analyze its formula," Tianshui gave Jing Yan a dismissive look.

When he had obtained the Creation Pill before, he had not stepped into the Daoist Master Realm nor had he unsealed the high level Chapters of the Qiankun Pill Path, so he could not analyze the formula of the high-level Elixir, the Creation Pill. But from Tianshui’s words, if Jing Yan now obtained a Creation Pill, he would be able to deduce the formula.
Considering the incredible capabilities of the Qiankun Pill Path, Jing Yan felt he really could work out the Creation Pill’s formula.
He let out a sigh of relief; the next step was to get another Creation Pill. The Creation Pill was extrely rare, but it should still be available in Pill Spirit City. If all else failed, he could try to get one from Hu Donghe, even if it ant paying a significant price.
In any case, Jing Yan was determined to find a way to obtain the pill formula and refine the Creation Pill.

The two left Youhai Comrce and headed towards Pill Spirit City. Along the way, Qiu Fang asked Jing Yan several questions about the Alchemy Dao, and Jing Yan answered them all. Now that he was also an honorary president of Youhai Comrce with a stake in the association, Qiu Fang’s increasing strength in Alchemy Dao would benefit the association.
"Alchemist Qiu Fang, you can try refining Sixth-level Elixirs now," Jing Yan stated earnestly.
