Jing Tianying and so Jing Family mbers were sitting in a room in the mansion, all wearing worried expressions.
"How much longer can our Jing Family hold on like this?" an elder of the Jing Family sighed.
"In these past few years, the death toll among Jing Family Disciples has been extrely high. Even though we’ve given up many of our external properties, we still cannot avoid assassinations," another elder said.
"Sigh, just in this last week alone, over five Jing Family Disciples have been assassinated. Though they were all from the Postnatal Realm, so of them were promising youths with great potential."
"City Lord, could we ask the Prince to send so more Guards over?" the Jing Family’s Second Elder looked at Jing Tianying and said.
Jing Tianying pondered for a mont, "That’s not likely!"

"Jin... Jing Yan?"
Shortly afterward, they saw the visage of the figure.
"That’s not right! Jing Yan died in the Despair Abyss; who the hell are you?" Jing Tianying roared angrily.
The man before them looked just like Jing Yan.
But Jing Yan had perished in the Despair Abyss, witnessed by many of the Continent’s Peak Strong People. Jing Yan couldn’t possibly still be alive.
So who was this person standing before them now, bearing Jing Yan’s appearance?
Jing Tianying and the others’ guard did not waver.
"Fourth Elder, you don’t recognize anymore?" Jing Yan also sighed sorrowfully.
When Jing Yan spoke up, Jing Tianying and the others were once again stunned.
The appearance was the sa, even the voice was the sa, along with the deanor and mannerisms, all just like the Jing Yan they rembered.
"You... Are you really Jing Yan?" the Second Elder asked, astonished.
