Mia Ginger suddenly turned around and called out, "Wren King."
"Eh?"
Wren King turned her head to look at her.
Mia Ginger threw a book directly at her, hitting her clean forehead.
With a "snap," it fell to the ground.
Wren King wasn’t prepared at all and only reacted after being hit hard, standing up and shouting, "Mia Ginger, what are you doing! Are you crazy?"
"Consider this payback for that bump on my forehead earlier." Mia Ginger said calmly, then stood up and walked over to pick up her book. Looking at her, she slowly said, "Next, let’s talk about the rumors you spread about ."
"What... rumor?"
Wren King suddenly realized, holding her swollen forehead with one hand, her voice lowered.
"Rember now?" Mia Ginger asked with a smile.
"I don’t understand what you’re talking about." Wren King’s voice was stiff, and she turned to sit down.
"Don’t understand?" Mia Ginger sneered, glancing at Mina Lee and Tong Tong, then looked over at Blair Chester sitting on the bed, raised an eyebrow and said, "What about you all? Does no one understand?"
No one spoke.
Blair Chester instinctively glanced at Wren King, her hand tightened on the blanket.
"Why is everyone suddenly mute?" Mia Ginger nudged Wren King’s rigid back with the book, "Speak up. You usually have quite a sharp tongue. When did I beco the other woman? Who’s the man? Where does he live? What’s his position? If you get it all right, I’ll admit to it without another word, how about that?"
Wren King was jabbed by her, and she couldn’t hold it in any longer, saying angrily, "I didn’t say anything."
"What else do you want to say?!" Mia Ginger was clearly angry.
Windsor Myres watched the drama unfold, amused, and suddenly let out a cold laugh.
Mina Lee and Tong Tong looked nervous.
After a while, Mina Lee laughed and said, "Mia Ginger, don’t you know Wren King’s mouth by now? She really doesn’t an any harm, we’re all in the sa dorm, let’s not make things too ugly, okay?"
"Yeah Mia Ginger, don’t be mad, those words were just talk, not many people would actually believe it." Tong Tong added imdiately.
"Is it because of ?" Blair Chester suddenly asked from the bed.
Everyone looked at her.
Blair Chester lowered her eyes to glance at Mia Ginger, saying in a calm voice, "When you went downstairs on Friday, I was right behind you and saw your boyfriend. Wren King ca down later, and I casually ntioned that your boyfriend looked quite mature, maybe..."
She said to Wren King, "You didn’t base it off this, did you?"
Wren King looked up at her, her face extrely unpleasant.
It was indeed because of this.
But—
It clearly wasn’t like that!
Blair Chester had indeed said that, but she thought the man looked at least forty or fifty.
Now that she brought it up again, she suddenly felt that man might just be significantly older than them.
It’s hard to mistake it.

Blair Chester wasn’t lying, she was even discontent with her speculation at that ti and had referred her to a part-ti job.

Wren King looked terrible, after a while, she bit her lip and looked at Mia Ginger, softly saying, "Sorry Mia Ginger. I was just bored and speculated a little while chatting with others, really didn’t an it, could you please not be mad?"
Mia Ginger gazed at her coldly, saying nothing.
"How about this then." Blair Chester hesitated and said, "This matter is mostly just among our classmates, let Wren King clarify it in the class QQ group and apologize to you. Stop the rumors."
