After a while, the two of them arrived at the apartnt.
They had been busy the entire night, and Mia Ginger hadn’t even changed her clothes.
Koa Jackson took the initiative to grab one of his shirts and told her to take a shower first.
It wasn’t even half past eight yet.
He didn’t rest either, took a shower in the master bedroom, changed clothes, and began brushing his teeth as usual.
Halfway through, he glimpsed Mia Ginger’s face in the mirror.
The little girl wore nothing but his white shirt, with her ssy, soft wet hair, leaning against the door fra, looking at him with calm, damp eyes.
"What’s wrong?"
Koa Jackson rinsed his mouth, turned to look at her, and asked softly.
Mia Ginger ruffled her short hair with her hand, displaying a childlike annoyance in her expression, and said irritably, "I don’t want to wear those pants, but I don’t have any clothes here. It’s so frustrating."
"..." Koa Jackson was slightly taken aback, shifted his gaze, and chuckled softly, "It’s fine. Dry your hair and go to sleep. I’ll have soone send so clothes over for you in a while."
"Who?"
"Don’t worry about it. Just go to sleep."
Koa Jackson turned back and started shaving in front of the mirror.
Mia Ginger was seeing a man shave for the first ti, and her curiosity piqued, she said, "Let help you!"
"Hmm?"
"I think shaving looks really fun," Mia Ginger said with a bright smile, "Can I help you with it?"
"..." Koa Jackson was montarily speechless, "Go to sleep."
"I’m not sleepy," Mia Ginger said playfully, tugging at his belt, "Let help you, please. This is the first ti I’ve seen a man do this."
"What’s so fun about it."
Koa Jackson was utterly defeated by her and didn’t know whether to laugh or cry.
"Let help you," Mia Ginger persisted, tugging at his belt again.
Koa Jackson, unable to shave because of her tugging, finally relented after a mont, "Fine, fine, you do it."
"Okay."
Mia Ginger bead, quickly grabbed the razor, and flipped it back and forth to inspect it.
Koa Jackson applied so shaving cream on one side of his chin, grabbed a stool, and sat down, instructing, "Just this area, alright?"
He had a regular routine, cleaning his face every day.
His face was already very clean, but since he hadn’t slept the entire night, he subconsciously did sothing to keep himself alert.
Koa Jackson pointed at the area on his chin.
"Hmm." Mia Ginger frowned at the small patch of shaving cream, muttering, "You applied this stuff, now I can’t see anything."
"..."
Koa Jackson was montarily speechless, reaching out, "Let do it."
"I can do it."
Mia Ginger quickly assured him, leaned over, widened her eyes, and slightly opened her mouth, helping him shave his stubble.
Very focused.
But the two of them were too close.
She had barely started shaving when she realized she was too close, glanced upward at Koa Jackson, and suddenly stopped.
The razor made a cut on Koa Jackson’s chin.
Blood quickly followed.
Mia Ginger let out a small gasp, hurriedly stood upright with the razor.
Koa Jackson stood up as well, washed the shaving cream off his chin in front of the mirror.
He turned to glance at Mia Ginger.
There was still a cut on his chin, and it was bleeding.
"I... umm..." Mia Ginger, seeing his resigned look, felt a bit awkward, stamring and annoyed, "I didn’t an to."
"Hmm, you ant to."
Koa Jackson reached out for the razor, gave her an annoyed look, but was not really angry.
