George Davis is Caiden Ward’s personal assistant.

Tagging along during inspections isn’t his first ti; in the mall, he’s naturally a walking advertisent.

Mia Ginger noticed with sensitivity—

With him following, wherever they went, the shop assistants seed to beco overly enthusiastic, their smiles carrying a hint of inquiry and curiosity.

Koa Jackson remained calm and composed, seemingly indifferent to it all.

At this mont, his gaze landed on a model two steps away, signaling the sales assistant, "That outfit, give her an M size to try on."

Mia Ginger followed the sound.

Sportswear?

She looked up and smiled at Koa Jackson, "I really don’t need this."

"You need more exercise," Koa Jackson glanced at her petite fra, "Start jogging with in the mornings."

Jogging...

Mia Ginger hadn’t even furrowed her brow before the enthusiastic salesgirl led her into the fitting room.

The sportswear Koa Jackson chose for her was a lightweight, bright red piece, very eye-catching on her, charming and pure, making her seem two years younger.

Feeling conflicted, Mia Ginger ca out of the fitting room.

"Try these shoes," Koa Jackson paired them with white sneakers for her.

Mia Ginger obediently put them on.

Very well-behaved.

She kind of started to understand.

Whenever Koa Jackson spoke, he always had his reasons and rationale, but even though his voice and expression were calm, his tone always carried an air of command.

She couldn’t refuse.

"Hmm, not bad at all." Koa Jackson rarely gave a complint, then turned to the salesgirl, "Get another set in white and blue, and two pairs of the shoes she’s wearing."

"Sure, please wait a mont." The salesgirl replied and left.

Mia Ginger glanced at him, said nothing, and silently returned to change her clothes.

At twelve-thirty, the three of them finished touring the third floor.

George Davis had his hands full of shopping bags.

Koa Jackson too.

Glancing up at the mall’s layout map, he told Mia Ginger, "Let’s go drop these things off, you go to the fifth floor and wait, check out what you want to eat."

Mia Ginger nodded and headed upstairs first.

Once out of the elevator, she ran into Zuri Ginger and Marianne Jackson again.

For the third ti that morning.

She felt slightly irritated.

Zuri Ginger pursed her lips, her heart filled with jealousy, her eyes glowing with a mix of complex envy and resentnt.

Alia Miller ntioned over the phone that Koa Jackson took Mia Ginger out shopping, after considering it, she thought Shining International was their most likely destination, so she called Marianne Jackson to go shopping.

Originally, she intended to see a joke.

After all, Koa Jackson’s disposition was extraordinarily cold; since he returned to the country, Charlotte Chester and Lydia Williams had been eagerly trying to matchmake him, but he was always busy with work, never making ti for even courtesy visits.

Her curiosity got the better of her, making several hospital visits to see him.

She was filled with joy, preparing to marry into the Jackson Family.

She befriended Marianne Jackson, flattered Charlotte Chester and Lydia Williams, and hinted her intentions to Bob Ginger, hoping to smooth the process.

She hadn’t expected Mia Ginger’s sudden return, making her efforts seem like a joke.

Zuri Ginger tightly clutched Marianne Jackson’s wrist.

Marianne Jackson grimaced in pain, turning her head, seeing Zuri Ginger purse her lips tightly, her eyes teary, and recalled how she was sullen all morning while shopping, her anger flaring up.

Deliberately louder, she comforted, "Sister Zuri, don’t be upset, Brother Koa only listens to Grandpa too much and is forced to deal with her. She’s no match for you! Brother Koa isn’t stupid; his interest in her won’t last more than three days; in the end, he’ll still like you."
