Mia Ginger withdrew her thoughts and closed her eyes.
She gritted her teeth, opened her eyes again, pressed her lips tightly looking at Zuri Ginger, and stepped back.
She hadn’t even stood up, shrinking back at Ron King’s gaze, trying to minimize her presence.
This pitiable appearance made Zuri Ginger furious just at a glance. She stepped forward, tipped her wrist, and poured a bottle of wine right over her head. Mia couldn’t dodge in ti. Her sharp nails dug into Mia’s face as she aid the bottle at her, pouring the wine down her throat.
Anger always gives people trendous strength, and Mia pushed against her for a long while before finally, with all her might, she knocked the bottle away.
She fell forward and started vomiting.
The stench of alcohol filled her mouth, scorching her throat, burning up her insides.
Mia coughed violently, and Zuri rushed over again, yanking her hair.
Her expression was so frantic that the two n standing nearby were startled.
Mia grabbed onto Brother Ford’s pant leg, got up and hid behind him, panting, "Brother Ford, help ."
The air was heavy with alcohol, her breath searing hot, intoxicating with just a word.
Ford hadn’t expected that she would suddenly turn to him for help.
So pitiful, so disheveled, so pleadingly turning to him.
In a man’s nature, there’s always a hint of protective instinct, a subconscious desire to be a hero in front of a woman he fancies.
Even if pretending, he wants to pretend to be a hero.
"Enough, enough," Zuri grumbled, barely standing, both angry and panicked.
Ron King cast her an annoyed glance and said in a deep voice, "Stop arguing, we’re at this point already, think about how to send her away, we can’t exactly have soone drive over here to pick her up, can we?!"
This remark reminded Zuri, and also reminded Mia and Ford.
Mia clenched the hand hanging by her side and whispered, "Brother Ford, I want to go to the bathroom."
"Go to hell!" Ron King swore.
At a ti like this, thinking about the bathroom, was this girl planning on escaping?
He looked at Mia with suspicion.
But found Mia’s face flushed, eyes watery, drowsily hiding by Ford’s side, looking terribly wronged.
This girl?
Already drunk after such a short while?
Ford naturally noticed too, he could even feel the warmth radiating from the girl next to him.
He couldn’t stand it any longer.
Ford directly said to Ron King, "The car compartnt slls terrible, you guys co up with a strategy, I’ll go get so fresh air with her and take her to the bathroom."
Ron King’s eyes were dark as he looked at him.
He surely knew what his nephew was planning, but he couldn’t care less.
With Mia here, Zuri was in a frenzied state.
They needed to co up with a plan, and it was just as well to let Mia go out.
Anyway, with such thin arms and legs, she couldn’t possibly run away.
