The whole group was staring at her nervously. Five minutes passed, and seeing that Shi Miaomiao hadn't changed at all, Luo Chao's expression grew sowhat uneasy.
Could the potion not be working? Luo Chao thought to himself, wondering why he couldn't even see a pained expression. He rembered how he'd felt like he was dying back then from a headache.
The others were both nervous and expectant, completely clueless about the intricacies, thinking it was supposed to be this way.
Unbeknownst to them, another ten minutes passed, and Shi Miaomiao finally started to break out in a slight sweat. Her snow-white face flushed, and her breathing beca slightly rapid.
With that, Luo Chao finally felt relieved.
"Whoa, she's transforming, she's transforming," Shanpao shouted, pointing at Shi Miaomiao's fingernails. "Look, Miaojie's nails are growing longer."
The crowd looked over upon hearing this and indeed noticed the nails were starting to change noticeably.
Because she often had to carry out missions, Shi Miaomiao usually trimd her nails as short as possible to avoid inconvenience during fights.
But now, the nails had grown about one centiter and were still slowly growing. The edges glimred with a silver sheen, clearly indicating they were razor-sharp.
Luo Chao understood in his heart that Shi Miaomiao was likely a Physical Body Class Superpower User, as generally, Superpower System power users wouldn't have apparent changes in appearance, with energy all contained within their bodies.
"Miaomiao jie could beco a female Wolverine at this rate, my idol!" Shangguan Tiantian fantasized aloud.
"No, there are differences," Luo Chao chuckled and said. "However, you might actually see Wolverine in the future, though it won't be the person from the movie."
"No way, really?" Shangguan Tiantian asked in disbelief, then seed to understand sothing. "Could it be that Wolverine also really exists?"
Luo Chao shrugged and said plainly, "What's there to be surprised about? You'll know in the future. They're just so superpower users whose abilities aren't really high. Like Wolverine, Spider-Man, Batman, and so on. In the superpower user world, they're just small fry. Their fa is all because of the movies."
This ti, not only Shangguan Tiantian but also the faces of a few others lit up with excitent, eagerly asking, "So what about Sandman and Hulk?"
"That's right."
"Then, boss, are you now able to easily take them down?" The group desperately wanted to know.
Luo Chao carefully considered for a mont before saying, "So things are exaggerated in the movies. While superpower users can do many things that ordinary people can't, they haven't reached such extre levels. At least, I can't do it now unless I level up to S-Class."
"Based on normal power comparisons, take Wolverine for example, who is just a B-Class superpower user. With my current strength, I could easily take him down in minutes."
Although they had no idea what S-Class and B-Class ant, the group could tell it was so sort of ranking. Since the captain was already so strong, able to defeat the Avengers, we can't be that much worse than the small fry he annihilates, right? The group was all fired up.
She Qian noticed Monkey seed to be lost in thought and asked suspiciously, "What are you thinking about?"
"I was thinking about getting myself a signature outfit like those big shots and coming up with a na. Hmm, what should it be?"
"Monkey Man! That sounds nice, quite a fit for you." A voice snapped the daydreaming crowd back to reality, and soone angrily said, "You useless bunch, while I'm in deep shit, you're not even looking after and are discussing these idiotic topics. I'm seriously fed up. Want a superhero suit? Why don't I get you all Ultraman outfits?"
Everyone was shocked by the words and quickly turned around.
Shi Miaomiao, who had been sitting cross-legged on the ground, was now standing with a furious expression. She scolded them fiercely, "So I'm just not important to you guys, huh? Luo Chao, aren't you afraid I'll drop dead though."
Seeing her safe and successful, Luo Chao felt relieved but also a bit embarrassed, knowing he was indeed a bit careless.
"Haha~ No problem, no problem. Alright, alright, who's next? Get ready," he mumbled, trying to brush it off.
Initially thinking Shi Miaomiao would keep arguing, unexpectedly, she just humd a couple of tis and let it go. This almost made Luo Chao think the potion changed her personality.
With Shi Miaomiao setting the example, the others were noticeably less anxious. Laughing and chatting, they all casually sat cross-legged, intending to take the superpower potion together.
Luo Chao furrowed his brows, feeling it wasn't quite right, but he didn't say anything. He had great confidence in these brothers.

"Whoa, Captain, look, damn, Shangguan Tiantian this guy is like a real-life Kyo Kusanagi." Shanpao shouted, pointing at Shangguan Tiantian, "A freak who's spewing fire."
Shangguan Tiantian heard this and imdiately felt annoyed, "Shanpao bro, don't call the nas when we're all in on it together. Your body growing sothing like a turtle shell, I haven't even comnted on it yet."
"Nonsense, what's a turtle shell? From now on, I'm calling this thing Overlord Armor." Shanpao said proudly, spinning around to show off the layer of skeletal structure covering his entire body. Even his face was perfectly covered.
"Monkey, if I rember correctly, Overlord is kind of like a tortoise, right? So isn't Overlord Armor still a tortoise shell?" She Qian deliberately spoke to Hou Dazhu at a volu just loud enough for Shanpao to hear.
Shanpao: "..."
"Alright, alright, enough fooling around, co over here and listen to ," Luo Chao clapped his hands to get the excited crowd's attention.
Then he saw Shanpao "wearing" the tortoise shell, running up with difficulty, leaving Luo Chao speechless.
"Even though that look is indeed pretty cool, isn't it unnecessary to stay like that all the ti?"
Shanpao stared with wide eyes, stayed silent for a while, and then said, "But how do I turn it off?"
"..."
Turning around, it wasn't just him; the others were all showing odd phenona. She Qian's eyes emitted light, while Hou Dazhu seed to flicker in and out, like he might vanish from the world at any mont.
Shi Miaomiao, combing her hair with her long nails, suddenly noticed Shangguan Tiantian standing by the sofa, his fists flickering with flas, and couldn't help but snap, "Damn it, Tiantian, be careful, put out your damn flas. If you burn my leather sofa, I'll put you out."
