Luo Chao said, "Late at night, with waterlogged phones, we can't return imdiately. I'll find so branches to start a fire, prevent you from catching cold."
"Hmm!" Zhang Yufei nodded, glancing at the surrounding hills, the woods looming eerily, she whispered, "Hurry back."
This fierce policewoman was afraid of ghosts, Luo Chao smiled wryly, quickly climbing the arch bridge, finding so dry branches by the forest. Luckily, his lighter remained functional, and soon, the fire was burning.
Luo Chao and Zhang Yufei sat by the fire, warming themselves. Luo Chao desperately wished for a cigarette to relieve the stress, but his wet cigarettes were unfit to smoke, leaving him feeling bottled up.
Both sat in silence, lost in thought. Zhang Yufei pondered deeply before suddenly cursing, "Damn Zhan Liangbing, this must be his doing. I'll make sure he gets shot tomorrow!"
Zhang Yufei's fiery temper flared again. It's no wonder; she barely escaped death. Who wouldn't be angry; nobody wants to die, especially a policewoman who's yet to have a boyfriend.
