At this mont, as Luo Chao was about to walk over, a dozen city enforcent officers appeared on the street, heading directly towards Xie Yong's shop.

The city enforcent mbers, eyeing the fresh lobsters in the tank, lit up with delight, drooling at the thought of a feast tonight.
"What right do you have to confiscate them? I spent thousands on these lobsters," Xie Yong protested, "You're committing robbery, a cri. Just because you're city enforcent, you think you're above the law?"

Li Na squatted down, helping Xie Yong up, "I've called the police, so you better leave now."

Suddenly, all enforcent mbers burst into laughter, a group of rascals without sha.
Furious, Xie Yong shouted, "Screw you, you dogs!"
The laughter stopped abruptly, their expressions turned grim, as they roared, "Beat this insolent kid to death."
One mber rushed forward, grabbing Li Na aside. The captain tried kicking again when a shadow flashed, and a slap landed fiercely.
With a loud smack, the slap was deafening. The captain fell to the ground, bleeding from the mouth with a swollen face.
Everyone was shocked, what was happening? Seeing Luo Chao, Xie Yong excitedly said, "Luo Chao!"
Luo Chao nodded, "Sorry, I'm a bit late."
His arrival was sudden like a deity descending, no one knew how he appeared so swiftly. Li Na looked excitedly, confident in Luo Chao's ability to deal with these bullies.

A police car sped in, stopping at Xie Yong's shop front. As the lead officer stepped out, the captain cried out, "Wang Yang, help !"
The officer, Wang Yang, hearing the familiar voice, stunned for a mont, then looked to find Captain Yang Ping and dozens of enforcent mbers, all bruised and lying on the ground.
Never had Wang Yang seen such a scene, frightened, as he approached: "Yang, what's happened?"
A female officer reported city enforcent's violent act, startling Wang Yang, witnessing the enforcent were the victims.
Captain Yang Ping lanted, "It was him, disrupting our duty, beating us all. Arrest him!"
Following the captain's pointing, Wang Yang glanced at Luo Chao, heart skipping, asking, "You're sure it's him alone who beat you all?"
"Yes, it's him, damn fierce. Look at my face, from his slap. Be careful; he seems violent," warned Yang Ping.
