Luo Chao is an employee of Tengyuan Group, Leopard is aware of that. He has always been curious about how such an impressive figure like Mr. Lu would settle for being a re employee at Tengyuan—it's truly intriguing.
Judging by how Luo Chao has gathered so many big companies to collaborate with the security company, it's clear that Luo Chao is extraordinary. Nowadays, Tengyuan Group has signed major contracts with the company—they are truly defying expectations.
Tengyuan Group! Luo Chao's heart trembled, then he shook his head with a smile; Ning Wan is indeed a woman with a sharp tongue but a soft heart. Luo Chao suddenly felt warm inside, a cozy feeling.
"Mm, I understand," Luo Chao whispered. Just as he was about to hang up, he heard Leopard say, "Mr. Lu, I didn't expect the company to make big money so quickly. When are you coming to the company to check the accounts?"
Leopard's aning was clear enough; he hoped Luo Chao would be aware of the amount in the company's accounts. Luo Chao was even more aware, and he replied seriously, "Just make sure you manage the accounts well."
"How about we split the shares, nine to one, Mr. Lu," Leopard said quietly. Since the company has already gotten on track, what they say about clear accounting between brothers applies equally between the general manager and deputy general manager; money must be accounted for clearly.
"It's your operation of the company—I just invested the money. Let's go fifty-fifty; both of us own half of the company's shares," Luo Chao said directly. That's what he initially thought anyway, as Leopard was the one doing all the work, and Luo Chao rarely visited the company—as a matter of current circumstances and futures, he certainly would not have the ti to manage the company.
"Mr. Lu, that wouldn't be right. Without you, the company couldn't have reached its current status," Leopard said. "Seeing as Mr. Lu values highly, let's split the shares seventy-thirty—consider it settled. I'll have the financial departnt handle this now."
Leopard said, "Mr. Lu, you go ahead with your business," and hung up imdiately after speaking. Luo Chao thought to himself that he'd beco a millionaire boss overnight—the excitent is quite compelling, as who doesn't want to earn money besides the fa and fortune it brings?
With a buzzing sound, after so reflection, Luo Chao drove quickly out into the street, car speeding into traffic to take care of a very important matter.
Inside the Hao Family's villa
In the villa's hall, a crystal coffin was placed—it is said to have cost a million to make and was crafted overnight. This high-priced coffin has a unique cooling effect, with no need for an ice coffin even in hot weather. Through the crystal coffin, one can vaguely see the late Mr. Hao lying quietly inside.
The villa was surrounded in layers, both inside and out, with Hao Tianfeng's countless relatives and friends coming to pay their respects. It was set up as a hall of mourning because this was Hao Tianfeng's ho; the Hao Family wished to keep him rather than sending him to a lonely funeral ho, and hoped he could stay ho for one or two more days after his passing.
"Woo woo," the sound of crying was nonstop in the living room, Hao Keren, this girl, lay crying on her grandfather's coffin: "Grandpa, I don't want you to die, you mustn't die."
Hao Longhua wiped his tears and pulled his daughter aside: "Keren, don't do this. Your grandfather has already gone; don't let outsiders laugh at us. The Hao Family should turn grief into strength."
At this mont, all the Hao Family mbers wore mourning clothes. Hao Tianfeng's eldest son, Hao Nianhua, knelt before the crystal coffin—every ti soone made offerings or paid respects, he would bow his head in reverence, tears in his reddened eyes and choking with emotion.
However, while both Hao Tianfeng's eldest and youngest sons were present, there was no sign of his second son Hao Zhenghua and grandson Hao Ziyang—Hao Longhua sensed the emptiness he felt, leading him to a deep unease.
The clatter of leather shoes echoed, alarming the entire mourning hall—everyone turned their gaze and found more than a dozen individuals entering from the outside. These people weren't in mourning clothes; instead, they were dressed in black suits, and a faint aura of killing intent was palpable!
Hao Nianhua, an honest man, was enraged: "Zhenghua, what do you want to do!"
Leading these individuals was Hao Tianfeng's second son, Hao Zhenghua, closely followed by his precious son, Hao Ziyang. Neither wore mourning clothes, but they brought over a dozen followers, looking hostile!
"What do you want?" Hao Zhenghua laughed, "Since all the Hao Family mbers are here, there's sothing I want to announce to everyone!"
Hao Longhua frowned, "What is it? Let's wait until father is buried before discussing."
"Oh, that won't do," Hao Zhenghua shook his finger, "As the saying goes, a kingdom cannot go a day without a king, a large conglorate cannot go a day without the chairman overseeing things—what I am doing is for everyone's common interest!"
"Father's remains are not yet cold, and you are already coveting the chairman's position," Hao Nianhua suddenly stood up and ran to his second brother, shouting, "Have you no humanity!"
Hao Nianhua yelled, "Besides, father hasn't had a chance to make a will—the chairmanship will surely be succeeded by the CEO! It's not for you to announce!"
Bang—a sound erupted as Hao Zhenghua brutally kicked his elder brother's stomach; Hao Nianhua groaned painfully, clutching his aching belly, slumped on the ground grimacing in agony.
"Such noise!" Hao Zhenghua impatiently said, grooming his ear.
This kick shocked everyone, and incensed Hao Longhua rushed forward, with his few bodyguards following, as well as those of Hao Nianhua.
But what struck everyone further, Hao Zhenghua's dozen henchn instantly reached for guns from their waistbands, aiming them at those ready to confront. Hao Longhua dared not move further—the guns were brought in, indicating plans had been carefully made.
"Unrelated individuals, leave imdiately!" Hao Zhenghua shouted, and guests attending to mourn Hao Tianfeng scattered instantly, leaving not a single one behind—since this was a Hao Family affair none could intervene in.
Among the three brothers, the relationships between Hao Longhua and Hao Nianhua were good, whereas Hao Zhenghua was narrow-minded and wicked—thus their relationship was strained. But Hao Longhua never imagined Hao Zhenghua would venture such heinous acts, demanding power at his father's mourning hall, even carrying pistols—worse than an animal.
"Zhenghua, do you not fear divine retribution for such actions!" Hao Longhua shouted.
Hao Zhenghua snapped his fingers, and Hao Ziyang smirked darkly, pulling an envelope from his pocket, handing it to his father. Hao Zhenghua opened the envelope, presenting a docunt to all: "This is father's will; I'm doing this so no one disrupts during the days of father's funeral—getting the will resolved sooner avoids such plotting."
The will starkly read: "Hao Zhenghua succeeds as chairman of the group—my shares entirely given to my second son, Hao Tianfeng!"
