This is a forest. Luo Chao couldn't be bothered to find his way out, so he simply called Chen Xue: "Hey, Officer Chen, I've already made it out. You should co find . I'll send you my coordinates." With that, Luo Chao hung up the phone and sent the coordinates to Chen Xue.
"Lanlan, everything you saw in the tomb, including matters concerning , don't tell anyone." Luo Chao said seriously to Kong Lanlan.
Kong Lanlan nodded and said, "Don't worry, I won't say a word. Even if I did, no one would believe ."
Chen Xue was pretty fast, and in no ti, she arrived with over thirty SWAT team mbers. "Luo Chao, are you alright?" Chen Xue asked with concern upon seeing him.
"I'm fine, couldn't tell you cared so much about . Look, I caught the guy for you." Luo Chao said, tossing Rock in front of Chen Xue, "I cut off his hand, he's unconscious, might be on the brink of death."
Chen Xue imdiately ordered people to untie Rock and take him to the hospital. "Weren't there dozens of people? Why is there only one person?" Chen Xue asked.
"They all died in the tomb. You should tell your official archaeology team not to go down there, or however many go down will die. But he's the leader, the lackeys are useless. There are two more people, part of another group, but I don't think they'll make it out." Luo Chao said with a smile.
"Is the tomb really that dangerous?" Chen Xue quickly asked, alard by the death toll.
"Of course, otherwise how could he be the only one left alive?" Luo Chao replied irritably.
"Then how did you two make it out alive?" Chen Xue asked a question that made Luo Chao want to hit her.
"Because I'm handso, the tomb's owner couldn't bear for to die! Let's go!" Luo Chao rolled his eyes at Chen Xue and walked off with Kong Lanlan in the direction Chen Xue ca from.
Luo Chao sent Kong Lanlan back to the hospital and then drove back to the villa. He checked the calendar and realized he had been in the ancient tomb for three days. The four girls at ho were almost in chaos, barely noticing Luo Chao's return, just giving him a quick glance.
Luo Chao shook his head and walked through their "battlefield" to his room. Having not slept for several days, he fell asleep as soon as he hit the bed.
When Luo Chao woke up, it was already the next morning. He washed up and started looking at the "Heavenly Dao Sword Manual" carefully.
A swordsman takes the sword as their heart; the Sword Dao follows the heart.
May the heart control the sword, not the sword control the heart.
"So profound? What does it an not to let the sword control the heart?" Luo Chao was confused after reading the first few lines.
The Heavenly Dao Swordsmanship is divided into three volus, each with four forms, a total of twelve forms. Luo Chao understood the principle of taking things step by step and packed away the second and third volus, opening the first volu.
Heavenly Dao Swordsmanship: First Volu - One Sword, One Thought
First Form: Sword Control with Thought
Second Form: Sword Qi
Third Form: Sword Heart
Fourth Form: Sword Shadow
The above four forms form the foundation of swordsmanship, and must be practiced to perfection.
Luo Chao understood this ti; the first volu contained the basics. Without delay, Luo Chao took out the Divine Sword of the Heavenly Dao and began practicing according to the manual.
Sword Control with Thought ans using one's mind to control the sword, allowing it to move freely, as if in a state of Man and Sword as One.
Luo Chao was exuberantly practicing in the yard, giving his all with each move. This Divine Sword weighed over a hundred kilograms, and if Luo Chao weren't at the peak of his training, he wouldn't have been able to handle it for long.
The five girls were up, saw Luo Chao practicing swordsmanship in the yard, and didn't disturb him, deciding to make breakfast in the way Luo Chao usually did.
Maybe it was because he had just acquired the Divine Sword of the Heavenly Dao; Luo Chao hadn't fully grasped it. No matter how he practiced, he couldn't achieve the state of Man and Sword as One.
Even after exhaustive practice, drenched in sweat, Luo Chao couldn't find that feeling of unity. "Sigh, it seems the first form isn't that simple either." Luo Chao casually stuck the sword into the lawn and prepared to rest before continuing. He wasn't worried about anyone stealing it—who could pull out a sword that weighed over a hundred kilograms?
"Wow, what are you all doing, burning the kitchen?" Luo Chao exclaid as he entered the house, hit by the strong sll of sothing burning. He saw the five of them crowded around the kitchen, doing sothing unclear.
"We're not burning the kitchen; we're learning to cook with Kexin! We're just not very good at it yet!" Chen ngya chuckled.
"Yeah, bro, go take a shower, and we'll let you try our cooking in a bit!" Zhang Xi said confidently.
Luo Chao had an ominous feeling but quickly washed up. When he ca out, there was already a bowl on the table with different foods. They looked and slled delicious, making Luo Chao's mouth water, "Looks tasty!" he drooled, "Co on, let taste your gourt dishes."
"Bro, try mine first!" Zhang Xi handed over a plate to Luo Chao, "I made shrimp sushi."
Starving, Luo Chao imdiately popped one into his mouth. After chewing it twice, he said, "The taste is alright, but the sticky rice isn't cooked. Needs more oil."
"It's my turn!" Chen ngya placed her dish in front of Luo Chao as well, "Pork dumplings, give them a try."
Luo Chao grabbed one, put it in his mouth, and his face turned red, "Wow, ngya, it's so spicy! What did you put in it?"
"Chili pepper!" Chen ngya said with a cunning sparkle in her eyes, apparently on purpose. Luo Chao was startled; he hadn't pampered her recently, and she noticed.
"Ugh, I'll try Kexin's instead!" Luo Chao scooped a spoonful of Lu Kexin's lean at porridge and unhesitatingly ate it. Luo Chao was familiar with Lu Kexin's cooking skills.
"Delicious!!!" This lean at porridge was a gourt dish compared to the two previous horrors.
Xuelan was always quiet and didn't compete with the others. She made buns, and Luo Chao took a bite, giving her a thumbs up, "Mm, delicious, this is the best bun I've ever had."
Hearing Luo Chao's praise, Xuelan showed a happy smile.
Tatiana couldn't wait any longer and placed her rice noodles in front of Luo Chao, "Finally it's my turn, try it, it's delicious."
Curious, Luo Chao took a taste. The flavor was odd but not bad, "Hm, not bad, what did you put in it?"
"I added fish, licorice, onions, ginger, and garlic," Tatiana counted on her fingers.
Luo Chao nodded, then realized sothing was wrong, "Wait, did you say fish and licorice?"
"Yes! What do you think, isn't it good?" Tatiana said excitedly.
"Those two together can cause poisoning!" With that, Luo Chao's eyes rolled back, and he passed out.
