Nathalie Quinlan stopped him, her voice hoarse as if she hadn’t slept well, "No need, I’ve already resolved the matter."
"Resolved?" Wallace Radcliff was stunned and looked towards Sadam Vinson unclearly, his face full of confusion.
He didn’t dare to look at Amadeus Yancey, mainly because he didn’t want to provoke Amadeus.
Sadam Vinson was even more bewildered than him and responded with a shrug, as if to say ’you think I’d be of any help’.
He had no idea that Nathalie Quinlan had already settled the matter.
When he ran into Nathalie Quinlan at the top-floor banquet, she only ntioned the issue to him. There was no ti to ask for details before Amadeus dragged them to Nathalie’s room.

Another person just as restless had left the room and was on the phone.
"Didn’t you tell that the freshman from McKinney was just from a normal background and didn’t have any influential connections? Do you know that because of you, I’ve lost face big ti, and even the principal is unhappy now?"
Stella Iversen rembered how she was ostracized by the other professors who ca along, when they were in Jackson Wafford’s suite, and felt a suffocating frustration looking for an outlet.
While Jackson Wafford and the other professors discussed matters related to their return ho, she felt ignored whenever she spoke. It beca unbearable, so she excused herself.
Claiming she needed so fresh air was really just an excuse to escape so she wouldn’t embarrass herself further.
"What happened? What’s the matter?"
Hearing Adelle Wafford’s indifferent tone asking her made Stella Iversen sowhat angry and ashad: "Isn’t it all because you told that the Chinese dicine freshman was disrespectful to her teachers, lacked character, was arrogant and loved to boast about herself? Why didn’t you tell she also knew people in the IT field?"
There was a silence on the other end of the phone as Adelle Wafford was clearly just as surprised, hearing about this for the first ti: "Are you saying Nathalie Quinlan knows people in IT? Who does she know?"
Angrily, Stella Iversen recounted everything that had happened since she got off the airplane. Finishing her tale with a rather unpleased tone, she asked, "What is the deal with this Nathalie Quinlan? She doesn’t seem like an ordinary student. The people surrounding her, I can’t make out their backgrounds. Even Mr. Wafford’s attitude towards her isn’t what you described as being deceived by her appearance. This freshman really has so abilities!"
She hit the nail on the head.
"Don’t tell you’re biased against her because she chose Chinese dicine instead of your Clinical dicine departnt?"
On the end of the phone line, Adelle Wafford almost imdiately denied it: "How could that be possible."
"Then why is everything you told about her completely different from what I’ve seen?"
