The Yancey family mbers all had high IQs, and Edric Yancey was no exception. At his young age, he could even assemble a disassembled gun, and now he claid he couldn’t put on a brooch—whom was he kidding!
But he had managed to fool Nathalie. He watched his sister walk over and gently ask in a soft voice, "Which one would you like to wear first?"
Her fair face was only a few centiters from his own, causing Edric Yancey’s heart to thump wildly. Blushing, he gave a muffled voice and extended his hand to pick the brooch with the kitten design: "This one."
Nathalie picked up the brooch from the palm of his hand to put it on for him, adjusted its position, stood straight up, and curved her mouth into a smile: "There."
She also gave a thumbs up to the little one on the bed, saying, "Looks good, really sweet."
Edric pursed his blushing lips, his brows tinged with happiness, and cherished the little kitten on his chest, afraid he didn’t deserve such a lovely adornnt. He asked anxiously, "Really? Does it really look good?"
Nathalie, with one hand in her pocket, both beautiful and dashing, gave him a confirming look: "Don’t believe , ask your uncle."
Edric took her words as a decree and imdiately turned to ask his little uncle, "Uncle, does this look good on ?"
Amadeus Yancey felt jealous seeing the boy’s showing-off and narrowed his profound eyes slightly: "It’s alright, next ti wear a nicer set of clothes, sothing sweeter will suit you better."
"Oh," responded Edric, without hesitation telling Alfred Garland, "Then next ti, I want to buy a set of kitten T-shirts."
Alfred Garland inwardly pitied Mr. Yancey; rembering how Mr. Yancey repeatedly advised the young master to wear cute clothes. What did the young master say? He’s a boy, no man would ever dress like a woman.
He was once reluctant to wear a tiger shirt, but now he eagerly wanted to wear kitten clothes.
Ah, Mr. Yancey is too miserable.
Audrick, feeling envious, couldn’t help but say to Nathalie, "Nathalie, Edric is the only one with a gift. What about mine?"
Nathalie rembered and quickly said, "Oh, I rember now, I bought you a gift too."
Amadeus narrowed his eyes—Audrick had one too?

His lips tightened as his sharply-contoured handso face seed to tense, and the air felt noticeably colder.
Nathalie pulled out three boxes from the nearby bag, handing them out like she was wholesaling, stuffing one into each of their hands.
"I saw these while I was shopping, and they looked pretty good, so I got one for each of you."
Audrick originally thought he was the only one with a gift, but upon seeing Amadeus also got one, he felt imbalanced. And then, to his dismay, he saw even Alfred Garland got one!
He opened his black brocade box with the corners of his mouth tucked in. Inside was a simple, understatedly luxurious black wristband that seed to be from a brand.
He couldn’t recall the brand at the mont, but vaguely rembered the price wasn’t cheap.
"Do I have one too?" Alfred accepted his box, astonished. He too saw the contents of the box and recognized this brand was similar to Seven, both high-end luxury brands.
A genuine product would cost at least a hundred thousand or so.
Where did Ms. Quinlan get so much money? She couldn’t have bought a fake, could she?
He rembered McKinney had a store specializing in high-end fake goods that many young girls liked to patronize. The store had everything from the real packaging to gift boxes, and the items looked almost identical to the genuine articles.
