She saw Nathalie Quinlan being so natural, and instead of feeling tense like before, she smiled and greeted Nathalie, "Hello, Ms. Quinlan."
"Hello."
Stephanie Tanzil was introduced to her by Shawn Norton and was a generation older than her, so Nathalie spoke to her quite politely.
Her tone wasn’t particularly intimate, but at least she showed a lot of respect towards Stephanie Tanzil.
Nathalie didn’t make small talk with her. After a brief greeting, she imdiately got down to business: "I’ve almost finished revising the score for ’Burn.’ I can send it to you tonight."
Nathalie lowered her lashes, calculated the ti, then looked up at Stephanie Tanzil and gave a concrete ti: "It’ll probably take about an hour. I have a little bit of wrapping-up work left to do."
"Alright. I’m not in a hurry. You can send it to when you’re done," Stephanie Tanzil said imdiately.
Nathalie responded, "Okay, I’ll finish it and send it to your email."
"Fine."
Stephanie Tanzil, seeing the girl’s excessively striking face on the other side of the video, rembered the discussion from just before the eting and suddenly seed to think of sothing as Nathalie was about to hang up the video. She ntioned to Nathalie, "By the way, Ms. Quinlan, are you interested in helping us shoot an MV?"
Nathalie’s hand was covering the mouse, almost hanging up the video. Hearing Stephanie ask her, she frowned slightly, "MV?"
Stephanie imdiately said, "Isn’t this the song written for a sports project?"
"We have to shoot an MV for a unit project promoting the Winter Gas, and we haven’t found a female lead for the MV yet. Ms. Quinlan, if you have ti, why not give it a try?"
The more Stephanie thought about it, the more she felt this was a great idea, and she imdiately started persuading Nathalie: "Don’t worry about the timing. We’re just aiming for promotional effects with the MV. If you can spare half a day, that’ll be enough. I’ll have the photographer follow you and shoot so footage. You’re the creator of the the song; if you can appear in the MV, I believe the final promotional effect will definitely be explosive..."
Nathalie listened to her excitedly talk about the MV shoot and didn’t want to interrupt but had to break in, "Sorry, I don’t know how to ice skate."
Stephanie was speaking enthusiastically when she heard this and was stunned, unable to react at first, almost stuttering, "Uh, you, you say you can’t..."
"Can’t ski." Nathalie looked at her calmly, repeating what she had said earlier, "I don’t know how to ice skate."
The weather in McKinney is warm, with spring all year round, and it rarely snows in winter.
She never had the opportunity to experience snow before.
Ghania Quinlan, on the other hand, is quite good at skiing because Jeff Quinlan and Emilia Sullivan often took her to places like Snow World to play.
But she had never been there, so she couldn’t skate.
Stephanie didn’t expect that soone she considered a ’jack of all trades’ would have sothing they couldn’t do.
"...Can’t ski." She rubbed her temples, leaning back in her office chair, seemingly thinking about the implications of Nathalie not being able to ski and the MV shoot. After pondering for a long ti without a compromise solution, she could only say, "Let think it over, I’ll get back to you once I figure out a way."
Nathalie really wanted to say it wasn’t necessary, because she absolutely didn’t want to shoot an MV.
But Stephanie was preoccupied with the matter, nervously saying to Nathalie, "Ms. Quinlan, I’ll talk to you later. I’ll go ask the director’s team; they probably have professional equipnt to solve the issue."
After speaking, she planned to consult with professionals about a solution, not giving Nathalie a chance to refuse, and hung up the Line video call.
