Grandma had just started speaking when Audrick Zachmann, sitting across from her, suddenly tossed his chopsticks onto the table, interrupting her: "I’ve finished eating, I have to record a new song tonight, so I won’t keep you company."
He pulled back his chair, stood up, and without looking at Grandma, addressed the other family mbers: "Uncles, take your ti eating, I’ll be leaving first."
"Audrick, have you had enough?"
"Yeah, you didn’t eat much; why not eat a bit more? Having a al won’t delay your work."
The other relatives of the Zachmann Family tried to persuade him.
Audrick Zachmann flashed a careless smile, having no intention of staying, his attitude quite resolute: "Nah, really busy. I’m off, uncles, take your ti eating."
As he said that, he turned and left.
He didn’t speak with Celine Tucker or Caryn Zachmann, leaving without looking back.
In a blink, the private room’s door was closed.
Inside the room, Grandma’s face was awkward, her neck stiff, her face alternating between greenish, pale, and a sowhat flushed red.
